Whether you’re snorkeling for the very first time or you consider yourself an expert, you’ll want to experience our adventurous snorkel trail "The Fate of the Fancy" on Great Stirrup Cay. Located in the clear blue waters of Bertram’s Cove, you’ll snorkel your way around the wreckage of the treasure ship 'The Fancy', which sailed towards the Berry Islands in April of 1696 when it disappeared into the darkness of the night. Legend has it that from the depths of the sea appeared the sea creature Lusca, which grasped and destroyed the ship. The trail includes 17 mini reefs comprised of shipwreck artifacts that include cannons, treasure chests, swords and even a sunken piano. Note: Participants must be able to swim. This tour is the length of the ship’s duration in Great Stirrup Cay. less

Drive along Brickell Avenue, the nation's second-largest banking center. Then, it's on to charming Coconut Grove. Finally, visit Coral Gables and see why this upscale area's diverse architectural styles and lavish landscaping have earned it the title 'The City Beautiful'. Take a 15-minute shuttle ride to famous Cocoa Beach. You’ll get to visit Cocoa Beach Surf Company, Starbucks Coffee, Shark Pit Bar & Grill and a 6,500-gallon shark tank. Surf and beach rentals are available all day. You'll be given a 15% discount card for shopping and dining experiences. From here, you can take a short walk to the beach for sun and fun; visit some restaurants around the area and of course the local landmark, Ron Jon Surf Shop. On the return ride to the ship, the shuttle stops at "The Cove" located in the ports facilities, where you’ll have the option to enjoy lunch or dine at one of many waterfront pier restaurants. Note: Restrooms and hot showers located undercover at the Cocoa Beach Surf Company drop off/pickup location. Shuttle runs continuously every 30 minutes so you can come and go at your leisure. Last shuttle is 3 hours prior to ship sailing time from both pick up and drop off location. less

After a safety briefing and orientation, you’ll board your Wave Runner for an informative and exciting guided tour. Note: Price is per water craft and not per person, so only one person in the party needs to book this tour. There is a maximum of 2 guests per water craft, driver and rider. Drivers must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Minimum age to drive is 16 years with a valid driver’s license and must be accompanied by an adult rider. A rider must be at least 8 years old to participate. All riders between the ages of 8-18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs. Immerse yourself in the legend of Atlantis during this exciting excursion. After an approximately 25-minute bus transfer to Paradise Island, you’ll be escorted to the resort for a guided exploration of Atlantis, to experience the most mystifying and spectacular resort to have risen from the sea. Discover the world’s largest marine habitat, and view over 50,000 sea animals representing 200 different species. Also explore the Dig, which will reveal how Atlantean culture flourished over 11,000 years ago. Come to discover a continent in just one day at Atlantis Paradise Island. At the conclusion of the guided portion of the tour, you’ll have some time on your own to return to the Dig and its exhibits, shop at the Marina Village, visit the casino, explore the hotel’s grand lobby or have a bite to eat at your own expense. Note: Participants ages 3 or younger receive free admission if accompanied by a participating paying adult (parent or guardian at least 18 years of age). This tour does not include access or use of the resort pool, beach or water slides and is not recommended for those with physical limitations. Although most walking is on level terrain, this is a walking tour and there is a considerable amount of walking involved. The Atlantis Resort uses a cashless system at many of its outdoor food and beverage venues located near the beach area. Guests should bring a credit card to use at these locations. Cash venues are very limited. Transportation for this tour is by bus, there is approximately 25 minutes each way depending on traffic conditions. Listen to a narrated tour which recants the history of one of the oldest waterfront cities in the western hemisphere. Arrive at the Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) site and listen as your experienced guide provides safety briefing and demonstration. Then, board your two-person Paddle Board and walk your way through some of the world’s most beautiful waters. Purchase some food to feed the fish and watch them gather around you. Also, enjoy the opportunity to snorkel for a closer look underwater or bask in the sun on the uncovered top deck of the catamaran.
