Note: Bring your swimsuit. Participants must be at least 2 years of age. For children under 10 years of age, a parent or appointed guardian must participate in the program. Wetsuits are mandatory. This tour has access to Dolphin Cay private beach to sunbathe and watch the dolphins only; however swimming is not allowed. For the safety of everyone, observers must remain on the beach and are not permitted to enter the water. Dolphin Observer tickets are sold onboard only. This tour is non-refundable. The transportation for this tour is by bus, approximately 25 minutes each way depending on traffic conditions. Guests participating on an Atlantis Shore Excursion must arrive at the place and time stated on the Shore Excursion ticket. Atlantis tour tickets will not be honored at the resort. There is a considerable amount of walking on this tour, approximately 0.4 miles. Duration of tour may vary. This fun-filled tour begins with cruise on a spacious catamaran boat that includes a 30-foot waterslide and 30-foot rock climbing wall. On your first stop you’ll have the opportunity to snorkel at a shallow coral reef where you’ll see a whole new world, home to hundreds of colorful fish and coral under clear blue waters. This exciting tour begins with a ride along the beach and into the ocean on well-trained horses. You’ll also ride through the unique eco-system of the Grand Bahamas and past Cooper’s Castle. As you ride, your guide will tell you the story of the Bahamas as they point out flowers, trees and bush medicine plants. Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age and weigh no more than 200 lbs. Wear long pants and shoes that can get wet. Come see dolphins, manatees, and the diversity of life paired with beautiful scenery. Begin with an easy paddle en route to the kayak launch site. Your tour guide will explain the significance of this endangered backwater estuary. Paddle the mangrove as osprey soar overhead, and cross expansive grass flats. Perhaps see the lagoon's top predator- the dolphin- working the flats. Mangroves and sea grass beds create an environment very conducive to the marine life, which supports the osprey, dolphins and other animals. More than 4,000 animal and plant species such as manatees, stingrays, sea turtles, seahorses, 700 species of fish and 310 species of birds, call the Indian River Lagoon "home". Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age. Sunscreen and a hat are recommended. Maximum guest’s combined weight per kayak is 500 lbs. Participants must be able to get in and out of the kayak on their own. A bottle of water will be given to guests. This tour returns to the pier and will not be available for guests disembarking or with a back to back sailing. less

After an approximate 30-minute bus ride from the pier to Port Lucaya, you’ll arrive to world famous Unexso facility for an unforgettable dolphin experience. You’ll receive a complimentary Dolphin Experience reusable shopping tote. Then, take an approximately 20-minute ferry boat ride along the south shore of the island over to the nine-acre Dolphin Experience Lagoon for an interaction with these wonderful creatures. Once at the lagoon, sit on the dock as the dolphins swim by your feet. You’ll then take turns stepping down onto a three-foot submerged platform in waist-high water and stand face-to-face with the dolphins where you’ll be able to touch, kiss and hug them. The staff will present interesting facts about the dolphins and all participants will have the opportunity to ask the animal care staff questions about these wonderful creatures. After your program take a look at several Macaws and Cockatoos or take a dip in the 17-foot deep pool at Unexso. Note: Participants of all ages are welcomed; children 3 years of age and under are free and those 16 years of age and under must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. Guests are not permitted to wear tanning oils or excessive amounts of sunscreen. Jewelry should be removed for the safety of the dolphins. Snacks, beverages and photos will be available for purchase upon your return to the facility. Guests must sign a waiver release form. Enjoy a narrated bus ride through the industrial area of Grand Bahama Island, passing the International Bazaar with its Tori Gate, along Church Row and the endemic pine forest. Upon arrival at the Botanical Garden of the Groves you have the option of a guided tour or to explore on your own. Interpretive signs will highlight this lush tropical landscape with trees and flowers from the Bahamas and around the world. You’ll find a replica of the original chapel from the early logging days, tranquil lagoons with cascading waterfalls, a spiritual labyrinth for meditation and an open-air cafe deck. Local artisans will display authentic Bahamian arts and crafts. Children will also be able to enjoy a magnificent cedar play set. Walk down into the cool fern grove and marvel at the magnificent limestone boulders that tower to both sides of your trail! You may also want to relax on the 'Lofty Fig' deck where cool Bahamian drinks and local delicacies can be purchased. After your visit to the gardens you’ll be transported to Port Lucaya Marketplace for some shopping before returning to your ship. Note: Sunscreen and insect repellent is recommended. less

Enjoy a relaxing and informative tour of the beautiful reefs around the Grand Bahama aboard the Ocean Wonder, a custom-built 60-foot double-deck glass-bottom boat that offers both sun and shade. The friendly crew will show you multi-colored sea-life and coral formations. Help 'feed the fish' and also view Cooper’s Medieval castle, an island landmark. Afterwards, weather permitting, you’ll travel further offshore to view Brit’s wreck submerged in the waters near Treasure Reef. Before you return to the dock, enjoy a pleasant cruise along the beachfront during which, sites of interest will being pointed out. Soda, bottled water and assorted chips are available for purchase aboard the boat. Tour duration includes one hour round-trip transfer time. Relax and enjoy the sun and the sea while you try your hand at bottom fishing using the light tackle provided. Catches can include varieties of snappers and jacks, porgies, hine and triggerfish (turbot) to name a few. Not experienced? The crew will be glad to assist you. Bait, tackle and ice are included. After a short transfer, arrive to the staging area where you’ll pick up your Harley Davidson motorcycle. Before your fun begins, proceed to complete the necessary paperwork. Here, a helmet will be provided as well as safety briefings prior to your ride. Your guide will lead you through local countryside for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Next, arrive to the staging area at Lucaya Marketplace to transfer by bus back to your ship. Note: Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and present a valid motorcycle license and a credit card to the tour operator. Riders must be at least 18 years of age to participate. This tour is sold per bike and includes CDW insurance with a $2,000.00 deductible. The deductible is fully or partially charged to the driver’s credit card in the event the motorcycle is returned damaged. There will be a guide, and actual timing and route may vary depending on traffic conditions. Please note the price is the same for rider only or rider and passenger. Your tour begins upon an air-conditioned sightseeing bus with a knowledgeable driver guide who will regale you with details and anecdotes about the sights you encounter. Drive through the heart of downtown known as Rawson Square. Here you’ll see the House of Parlaiment, Supreme Court, Public Library and other historical buildings central to the life of The Bahamas and its people. Your next stop is Ardastra Gardens, Zoo and Conservation Center, a peaceful retreat, to enjoy over four acres of lush tropical gardens and over 200 birds, reptiles and mammals. The Ardastra Gardens is home to a collection of endangered land animals and features the Bahamas National Bird, the beautiful and exotic Caribbean Flamingo.

You’ll participate in the “Flamingo Experience”, a unique show of the glory and antics of these incredible creatures together with an excellent narration of their story. You’ll also hand-feed the colourful and playful South Pacific Lory Parrots and have numerous photographic opportunities with “Toby” the Cockatoo, “Jackie” the Snake and “Freddy” the Peacock. While walking the Gardens, friendly and informed staff will answer questions while two-legged feathered friends will freely entertain. Enjoy a cool beverage from the Parrot Pit Stop and browse through our eclectic gift shop, Toby's Treasures. Your transport from the time of pick-up until drop-off at Ardastra is fully narrated, giving you an inside look at Bahamian culture.

Explore New Providence Island on a 4 x 4 vehicle. You’ll be given an orientation of your shared 4WD vehicle. There are four guests to each vehicle, perfect for you and your friends. Take turns driving and navigating through traffic or one person can do all the driving. Listen to your lead guide’s narration though your onboard walkie-talkie while you drive into the island’s interior. Pass through the typical countryside; here you’ll see the island in your own unique style. See one of the old Colonial forts and other historical and architectural buildings. Your guide will also point out homes of the famous and infamous that lived on the island. Then, visit a local beach to relax or swim before caravanning through the countryside back to the staging area. You’ll then walk back at your leisure through town back to the pier. Note: Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and provide a valid driver’s license. This is a self-driven tour with a guide.
