Have a fun time at Atlantis. Wade into the waters of one of the world’s newest and largest dolphin habitats where you will touch, hug, and even kiss your new dolphin friends. Watch as they show off their playful side through some of their favorite behaviors. This intimate interaction begins with an orientation and includes 30-minutes in the water. Let the dolphins of Atlantis welcome you to join in the fun. Wet suits, personal lockers, beach towels, and non-alcoholic refreshments are provided. You’ll receive an Atlantis map, which will allow you to take a self-guided tour at your leisure of the Ruins Lagoon, a recreation of the sunken streets of mythical Atlantis and the Dig, a replica of an archaeological excavation site. Enjoy complimentary soft drinks while sunbathing at Dolphin’s Cay private beach. Note: Bring your swimsuit. Participants must be at least 2 years of age. For children under 10 years of age, a parent or appointed guardian must participate in the program. Wetsuits are mandatory. Children must be able to comprehend and follow instructions. Wear comfortable shoes as there is a considerable amount of walking once at the resort. This tour has access to Dolphin Cay private beach to sunbathe and watch the dolphins only; however swimming is not allowed. For the safety of everyone, observers must remain on the beach and are not permitted to enter the water. Dolphin Observer tickets are sold onboard only. This tour is non-refundable. The transportation for this tour is by bus, approximately 25-minutes each way depending on traffic conditions. Guests participating on an Atlantis Shore Excursion must arrive at the place and time stated on the Shore Excursion ticket. Atlantis tour tickets will not be honored at the resort. There is a considerable amount of walking on this tour (approximately 0.4 miles). Duration of tour may vary. To ensure availability, dolphin excursions must be booked no later than 24 hours prior to the port call. Last minute sales will not be available. Prices may vary by sail date. This exciting tour begins with a ride along the beach and into the ocean on well-trained horses. You’ll also ride through the unique eco-system of the Grand Bahamas and past Cooper’s Castle. As you ride, your guide will tell you the story of the Bahamas as they point out flowers, trees and bush medicine plants. Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age and weigh no more than 200 lbs. Wear long pants and shoes that can get wet. Bring a small bottle of water, disposable camera, sunscreen, bug spray and sunglasses. All items can be purchased at the stables. Riding helmets are recommended and available at no charge. After an approximate 30-minute bus ride from the pier to Port Lucaya, you’ll arrive to world famous Unexso facility for an unforgettable dolphin experience. You’ll receive a complimentary Dolphin Experience reusable shopping tote. Then, take an approximately 20-minute ferry boat ride along the south shore of the island over to the nine-acre Dolphin Experience Lagoon for an interaction with these wonderful creatures. Once at the lagoon, sit on the dock as the dolphins swim by your feet. You’ll then take turns stepping down onto a three-foot submerged platform in waist-high water and stand face-to-face with the dolphins where you’ll be able to touch, kiss and hug them. The staff will present interesting facts about the dolphins and all participants will have the opportunity to ask the animal care staff questions about these wonderful creatures. After your program take a look at several Macaws and Cockatoos or take a dip in the 17-foot deep pool at Unexso. Note: Participants of all ages are welcomed; children 3 years of age and under are free and those 16 years of age and under must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. Guests are not permitted to wear tanning oils or excessive amounts of sunscreen. Jewelry should be removed for the safety of the dolphins. Snacks, beverages and photos will be available for purchase upon your return to the facility. Guests must sign a waiver release form. Photographers will be taking photos while you interact with the dolphins, available for purchase after the program. less

Learn about, meet and interact with the bottlenose dolphin. The friendly nature and legendary intelligence of these animals account for their huge popularity. You’ll be transferred to and from Blue Lagoon Island by boat, from the pier (40 minutes each way). This lagoon is home to 19 bottlenose dolphins. Upon arrival, you’ll meet the dolphin trainers for a 10-minute educational briefing and be helped onto a floating platform in small groups for the opportunity to touch and interact with dolphins in waist-deep water. Note: Participants ages 3 or younger receive free admission if accompanied in the program by a participating paying adult (parent or guardian at least 18 years of age). Children between the ages of 3 to 12 must be accompanied in the water by a paying guardian/parent. The paying guardian/parent must be book at the same time of the child participant; these booking cannot be made onboard as space is very limited. Actual in-water encounter time is approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Approximately 1/2 to 1 mile of walking on the pier is required. Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel from your ship. Space is very limited so please book early. less

Begin your tour with a 40-minute scenic boat ride through historic Nassau Harbor to Blue Lagoon Island. Upon arrival you’ll be given a fun and interactive orientation covering the natural history of sea lions, animal training techniques, ocean conservation and wildlife guidelines. This educational and entertaining encounter is your chance to experience sea lions live and close-up like never before. You’ll have the opportunity to kiss, hug, feed and play with these affectionate and humorous marine mammals. Your sea lion interaction will take place from specially designed, waist-deep submerged platforms in a calm, private island lagoon with ten or less guests in your program. While at the facility, you’ll also have the opportunity to speak with one of the many animal care staff about the care of marine mammals. It will be a unique adventure you’ll never forget! Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age and 48 inches or taller. Guests ages 8 to 12 must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult with a ticket for this encounter. Not advised for pregnant women. Guests must be able to go up and down steps to access the platform. This tour is not able to accommodate handicapped guests. No cameras or videos will be allowed on the sea lion encounter platform. A professional on-site photo and video staff will capture your sea lion interaction and have your memorable souvenirs at an additional cost. An approximately 10 to 15-minute walk is required to board transportation for all Nassau tours. less
