Take advantage of this special promotion valid only during the month of May 2013. It’s new, it’s big and it’s fun for the entire family! Come play at Aquaventure, the centerpiece of the Atlantis Resort’s recent billion-dollar development. Containing over 20 million gallons of water, this non-stop water experience consists of thrilling new water slides, a mile long river ride with high intensity rapids, wave surges, and never-before-seen special effects. The excursion also includes access to the huge, open-air marine habitat where you can find over 50,000 fascinating sea creatures. Whether you prefer a thrilling ride through a shark filled pool or a gentle float on a never ending lagoon, you'll find it at Atlantis.
Note: Participants ages 3 years of age or younger receive free admission if accompanied by a participating paying adult (parent or guardian at least 18 years of age). There is a considerable amount of walking on this tour, approximately 0.4 mile. Participants must be at least 48” tall to ride the water slides. Lounge chairs, towels and life jackets are provided. Non-motorized water sports are available for rent. Guests should bring a credit card for drink and food purchases. The transportation for this tour is by bus, approximately 25 minutes each way depending on traffic conditions. Guests participating on an Atlantis Shore Excursion must arrive at the place and time stated on the Shore Excursion ticket. Atlantis tour tickets will not be honored at the resort. The last transfer back to the ship will be one hour before sailing time. Special rates are only available for ports of call dates (not sail dates), during the month of May 2013. This tour is only available on Norwegian Sky and Norwegian Gem.

Located just minutes from Port Canaveral on Florida's Space Coast, the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex offers a rare, behind-the-scenes look at one of mankind's most fascinating and remarkable achievements - the space program where history was, and still is, made every day. On your tour into KSC, you'll have the chance to see Space Shuttle Launch Pads from the four-story Observation Gantry and the Apollo/Saturn V Center which offers an inspirational and exhilarating look into mankind's quest for the moon. There's a lot of activities offered at the Apollo/Saturn V Center, including reliving the historic launch of Apollo 8 at the Firing Room Theater; also, being able to marvel at a monstrous 363-foot Saturn V moon rocket. Pick and choose wisely since you won’t have time to see everything. Your options include seeing an IMAX® movie, the interactive Astronaut Encounter program or the Shuttle Launch Experience. Lucayan National Park encompasses 40 acres of mangrove swamps, sand dunes, broad beaches, a pine and palm forest. You’ll kayak in a protected creek through a mangrove forest for approximately 90 minutes and venture on a guided 1/4 mile nature walk. Learn about the history of the original Bahamian people. Enjoy a swim and light lunch under shelter at beautiful Gold Rock Beach.
Note: Participants must be at least 6 years of age and weigh no more than 300 lbs. Two-person kayaks are used. Please wear your swimsuit and bring a towel. Protected footwear such as tennis shoes are highly recommended, no flip-flops please. Water-safe storage bags are provided so you may bring your camera. Lunch consists of do-it-yourself deli sandwiches, fruit, cookies, lemonade and water. Bring water and sun protection. Guests must sign a waiver release form.

Included are extremely close stops by Space Shuttle Launch Pads A and B and the huge Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB). You can also visit the Dolphin Encounter’s facility and observe friendly Bahamian Atlantic bottlenose dolphins and sea lions in their all-natural habitat. Refresh yourself with a tropical drink and a complimentary lunch. Note: Participants ages 3 or younger receive free admission if accompanied in the program by a participating paying adult (parent or guardian at least 18 years of age). Premium non-motorized equipment such as aqua bikes, paddle boats and kayaks are available at an additional cost. Embark on an eco-adventure tour to Peterson’s Cay National Park on board Sunshine, a 45-foot motorized catamaran. Here, you’ll be briefed on safety instructions and snorkeling. Next, cruise along the shoreline to a shallow open coral reef, home to hundreds of colorful fish. You can lie right on the surface of the water and see a whole new world. After snorkeling at the reef, a short boat ride will bring you to the 1 1/2 acre island of Peterson’s Cay. Here you can sunbathe, swim, relax or even enjoy more snorkeling time on the sandy beach. Then, you’ll have lunch and witness a native conch cultural demonstration. Enjoy complimentary and unlimited Bahama Mama, sweetened ice tea and lemonade. For those who would like to spend a day of fun and adventure at either Disney’s Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park or Disney’s Hollywood Studios™, Norwegian is pleased to offer two options. One is a full-day package including round-trip transportation and admission to one of the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks. The other is a round-trip motorcoach transfer only from Port Canaveral’s pier to the parks. The choice is yours! Note: For Disney Park Package, children 10 and older will be charged adult entrance fees, per park’s policy. For children between 10 and 12, an adjustment will be made to your onboard account to reflect the adult ticket price. For children 2 and under, only need to purchase a transfer ticket if they wish to be seated on transfer. Lap children 2 and under, will pay no transfer charge. Transfer service only does not include entrance fees to the park. You’ll be dropped off and picked up at the coach staging area, close to the main entrance. Transfer time is approximately one hour each way. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park closes at 5:00 pm; duration of tour may vary. During peak season: April, July and December, Magic Kingdom may reach its park’s capacity; guests will have to choose another Walt Disney World® Theme Park as an option. Your experience begins with a 25-minute bus transfer to the Atlantis Resort at Paradise Island. Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to a reserved location on the beach where you’ll be provided a beach lounge chair and towel to bask in the sun and a self-guided map which will help you find your way around the resort. You can enjoy shopping at a variety of unique stores, gaming in the Atlantis Casino or visit the Dig, a unique marine habitat that is home to more than 50,000 marine life. Water bikes, peddle boats, kayaks, water hammocks and snorkeling equipment are all available for an additional charge. Note: Participants ages 3 or younger receive free admission if accompanied by a participating paying adult (parent or guardian at least 18 years of age). There is a considerable amount of walking on this tour (approximately 0.4 miles). Complimentary guided tours are available at the Discover Atlantis kiosk throughout the day.
