18 holes Length: Par: 70, 6,100 Yards Professional course designer Algie M. Pulley Jr. moved mountains to design the Belmont Hills course back in 2002. The veteran Californian architect found an existing layout that was largely featureless. But after the most extensive golf course rebuilding project Bermuda has ever seen, a new topography emerged. Today, every one of the 6,100 yards of intense bunkering, multi-tiered greens and slender fairways will thoroughly test your shot-making abilities. Pulley created a magnificent, contoured layout that maximizes the golfer’s experience while showcasing the Island’s captivating beauty. Panoramic views of Hamilton Harbour and the Great Sound provide the backdrop for some of the finest 18 holes on the Island. Belmont Hills’ greens are built to U.S.G.A. standards and sprigged, naturally enough, with Tiff Eagle Bermuda Grass. The fairways feature 419 Bermuda grass to provide the best possible playing surface. And although Bermuda has its fair share of sand, Belmont Hills' bunkers hold the same sand Master’s players try to avoid at Augusta National. Water hazards come in to play on several holes, which is unusual for a Bermudian course. (Bermuda doesn’t have any natural creeks or rivers and only a handful of freshwater ponds). Two large man-made ponds complement the dramatic rolling landscape. An automatic irrigation system keeps tees, fairways and greens; including Bermuda’s only double green (14,000 square feet), in peak condition. Hundreds of trees have been planted or relocated to define the fairways and to increase safety. Our course is waiting for you. Come and play. Note: Transportation is included. Golf tours are non-refundable. Tee times will be confirmed onboard based on availability. less

Join a local taxi driver/guide who will point out the many places and sites you can visit during your stay. We start ship side at the Royal Naval Dockyard, steeped in Maritime history. Our first stop will be at Fort Scaur, built in the 1870s to protect overland routes to the Royal Naval Dockyard. Enjoy spectacular views of the North Shore and the Great Sound. Cross over Somerset Bridge, reputed to be the smallest drawbridge ever built for pictures at Gibb’s Hill Lighthouse. You'll have an opportunity to view a famous pink sand beach and aqua marine water surrounded by an impressive Barrier Reef system. Continue on to the Bermuda Underwater Explorations Institute (BUEI) showcasing the island’s rich underwater history. Visit the Shipwreck Gallery and discover a world of treasures, from cannons to clay jars, all pulled from shipwrecks found in the deep ocean around Bermuda. Walk back through time and uncover a bounty of marine artifacts and history. You can experience a simulated sub dive and shark cage encounter and stroll through an exhibit of rare seashells. The tour ends in Hamilton at the Ferry Depot. You can choose to return to the ship or browse famed Front Street shops. Return ferry token is at the guest’s expense. less

18 holes Length: Par: 71, 6,842 Yards This beautiful course was designed by the renowned Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1970. It has now been completely reworked by Roger Rulewich, one of the original design team members, in a massive $14.5 million makeover. Staggering ocean views have been opened up with the course now lined by palms and Bermudian cedars, creating a more natural, open, breathtaking environment. The tranquil new lakes support a state-of-the-art irrigation system keeping the course in fabulous condition all year round. Tif Eagle grass for the greens establish a faster, more consistent roll, and yardage increased by 281 yards to 6,842yds, the longest and most exciting in Bermuda. With new bunkers shaped to be consistent with the contours of the land, the amazing course features some of Bermuda's most picturesque and dramatic holes in golf, highlighted by the stunning par 3 on the 16th hole. The renovations maintain all the playability and feel of the original superb design but have resulted in a challenging course for the advanced golfer as well as high handicap players. Golf Digest has ranked Port Royal among the world's best public courses. Prepare yourself! You’ll start with a punishing par 4 and end with a challenging 410 yard par 4, having already beaten the ocean defying, breathtaking, par 3 16th hole. This really is golfing paradise. Port Royal is ready and waiting for you, to have a perfect day’s golf. Note: Transportation is included. Golf tours are non-refundable. Tee times will be confirmed onboard based on availability. less
