Look down through your transparent kayak at the tropical fish swimming through the coral reef below. Once your journey over the reef ends, your beach break begins. Relax on the beautiful white-sand beach, soak up the sun, swim in the pool and enjoy a fresh fruit plate and complimentary drinks. An optional snorkel tour is available. Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or those with back/neck problems. Start your 'magical family adventure' in the world’s most beautiful dolphinarium. Located just a short walk from Cozumel’s shopping area, it’s the only place in all the Caribbean where you can interact with dolphins for approximately 40 minutes in the safety of a calm ocean cove. Before entering the water, each participant is briefed by one of our knowledgeable and professional trainers about the dolphins’ behavior as well as the basic guidelines of the program. This program is conducted on a submerged platform and is a very hands-on program, allowing you, in a controlled and safe setting to get an up close and personal anatomy lesson on dolphins as well as learning about their different behaviors. You’ll be able to touch their velvety soft skin, listen to them sing and watch them play. You’ll also receive a kiss and a friendly fin shake. The facility is also home to many other forms of marine and fish life, which can be viewed with safety and ease. Snorkeling after the program is available. Note: Participants must be at least 5 years of age. Time in the water with the dolphins is approximately 40 minutes. It is not possible for passengers with neck or back injuries or pregnant women to participate in this program. less

Your experience begins with a 25-minute bus transfer to the Atlantis Resort at Paradise Island. Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to a reserved location on the beach where you’ll be provided a beach lounge chair and towel to bask in the sun and a self-guided map which will help you find your way around the resort. You can enjoy shopping at a variety of unique stores, gaming in the Atlantis Casino or visit the Dig, a unique marine habitat that is home to more than 50,000 marine life. Water bikes, peddle boats, kayaks, water hammocks and snorkeling equipment are all available for an additional charge. Note: Participants ages 3 or younger receive free admission if accompanied by a participating paying adult (parent or guardian at least 18 years of age). There is a considerable amount of walking on this tour (approximately 0.4 miles). Complimentary guided tours are available at the Discover Atlantis kiosk throughout the day. This tour does not include the use of the swimming pools, water slides, pool deck and pool lounge chairs, as these areas are exclusive to hotel guests. The Atlantis Resort uses a cashless system at many of its outdoor food and beverage venues located near the beach area. Guests should bring a credit card to use at these locations. Cash venues are very limited. Transportation for this tour is by bus, there is approximately 25 minutes each way depending on traffic conditions. Guests participating on an Atlantis Shore Excursion must arrive at the place and time stated on the Shore Excursion ticket. Atlantis tour tickets will not be honored at the resort. Have a fun time at Atlantis. Wade into the waters of one of the world’s newest and largest dolphin habitats where you will touch, hug, and even kiss your new dolphin friends. Watch as they show off their playful side through some of their favorite behaviors. This intimate interaction begins with an orientation and includes 30-minutes in the water. Let the dolphins of Atlantis welcome you to join in the fun. Wet suits, personal lockers, beach towels, and non-alcoholic refreshments are provided. You’ll receive an Atlantis map, which will allow you to take a self-guided tour at your leisure of the Ruins Lagoon, a recreation of the sunken streets of mythical Atlantis and the Dig, a replica of an archaeological excavation site. Enjoy complimentary soft drinks while sunbathing at Dolphin’s Cay private beach. Note: Bring your swimsuit. Participants must be at least 2 years of age. For children under 10 years of age, a parent or appointed guardian must participate in the program. Wetsuits are mandatory. Children must be able to comprehend and follow instructions. Wear comfortable shoes as there is a considerable amount of walking once at the resort. This tour has access to Dolphin Cay private beach to sunbathe and watch the dolphins only; however swimming is not allowed. For the safety of everyone, observers must remain on the beach and are not permitted to enter the water. Dolphin Observer tickets are sold onboard only. This tour is non-refundable.
