The 'Explorer' boat features vast sundecks and shady areas with two bars offering unlimited complimentary rum punch. Cruise through Simpson Bay Lagoon, Port de Plaissance Resort and Palapa Marina. Take a peek at the homes of the rich and famous as you listen to great calypso tunes while sailing. Arrive at Marina Royale in the heart of the Marigot shopping area. After shopping, you’ll be taken on an island tour with your driver/guide detailing the history of the island and pointing out places of interest as you wind your way past Grand Case, French cul de Sac and Orient Bay. Make a short stop at a lookout for a breathtaking view of the northern side of the island and then head back past the French Quarter to the Dutch Side. Finally, you’ll arrive back in Philipsburg, where you’ll be able to visit the Front Street shops or return directly to your ship. Note: Participants must be at least 4 years of age and weigh no more than 300 lbs. Order of tour may vary. less

Start your day with a 40-minute scenic boat ride through historic Nassau Harbor towards Blue Lagoon Island. Enjoy this private island at your leisure. Swim on a pristine beach or just relax and lounge in a double hammock. Take part in sports activities such as volleyball, and beach soccer. You can also visit the Dolphin Encounter’s facility and observe friendly Bahamian Atlantic bottlenose dolphins and sea lions in their all-natural habitat. Refresh yourself with a tropical drink and a complimentary lunch. Note: Participants ages 3 or younger receive free admission if accompanied in the program by a participating paying adult (parent or guardian at least 18 years of age). Premium non-motorized equipment such as aqua bikes, paddle boats and kayaks are available at an additional cost. Regular non-motorized equipment such as inner tubes, big boss noodles, and float mats are included. Wear your swimsuit, bring a towel and cash/credit cards for purchases at the facility. There is an additional fee of $15 per person for the inflatable aqua and bounce parks. Approximately 1/2 to 1 mile of walking on the pier is required. Please visit the Shore Excursions Desk for return departures from Blue Lagoon Island. This tour is available for all ships except Norwegian Epic and Norwegian Sun. less

Enjoy your day in Costa Maya sailing and snorkeling in the Caribbean waters. Your bilingual guides will meet you at the pier and accompany you to the catamaran waiting at the Fisherman’s Pier. Along the way your guides will inform you of the safety procedures, so you may have the most adventurous time, while under the watchful eye of PADI certified rescue diver guides. You’ll wear a proper life vest for your safety. Upon arrival, dive into the Caribbean waters to explore the colorful undersea life. You’ll see jacks, snappers, colorful angelfish or queen triggerfish abound. A lazy turtle or curious grouper are not rare to find. This is the right way to start your Costa Maya exploration. After an approximate 45 minutes of snorkeling, return to your catamaran and sail back along the scenic coast. Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age. This tour is not suitable for pregnant women, persons with back or neck injuries. Strict health restrictions apply for snorkeling activity. At the end of the tour you’ll have the opportunity to be dropped off in town or return directly to your ship. If staying in town, the return trip back to the ship is on your own. less

Relax during your short drive to the world-famous Dunn’s River Falls where you’ll climb 600 feet of cool refreshing water as it cascades over natural limestone terraces. Guides are provided to assist you when ascending the rushing waters as they plunge directly into the pristine Caribbean Sea. After this invigorating experience, you’re transported to Dolphin Cove where you are met by friendly hostesses and given a complimentary fruit drink. This unique cove surrounded by lush tropical jungle, is home to our beautiful family of bottlenose dolphins, exotic birds, snakes and iguanas. There you’ll participate in a brief orientation and then enter the world of nature’s most fascinating creatures - the dolphins. Get to know the animals as you interact with them in deep water. Experience the thrill of 'riding' the dolphin belly to belly. Dance, sing, play and even enjoy a kiss or two. After enjoying this unique experience, spend the rest of the day at Dolphin Cove and all that it has to offer. At the conclusion of your tour you’ll have the option of being dropped-off at a local shopping plaza for shopping time at your leisure and then make your own way back to your ship. Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age. Participants must weigh no more than 250 lbs. Shuttle buses are available at 10-minute intervals to return you to your ship. This tour is not recommended for guests with heart, neck/ back problems, mobility/balance problems or pregnant women. The Dunn’s River Falls are the highlight of Jamaica and tend to be very congested. All guests participating in a tour that visits the falls should wear foot protection that can get wet. River socks are available for rent at the falls. The rocks at the falls are slippery. Climbing the falls is optional and at your own risk. Participants who do not wish to climb the falls may enjoy the small beach at the base. The walk to the beach is on a slope with many stairs, therefore participants should be in reasonably good health. less

Explore the natural wonder of the Everglades from the comfort of your specially designed airboat. Informative, fun and exciting, this tour takes you deep into one of America’s largest National Parks - the Everglades. Here you’ll come face to face with alligators, exotic birds and native fish while gliding over an endless river of grass. Throughout the approximately 30-minute journey, your experienced guide will introduce you to the unique eco-system of the park as you experience the vast expanse of this saw grass wilderness passing by lush vegetation, mangrove swamps and hardwood hammocks. Known for its rich bird life, particularly large wading birds, be on the look out for the roseate spoonbill, white ibis, wood stork, great blue heron and a variety of egrets. It's also the only place in the world where alligators and crocodiles exist side by side. Following your airboat ride you’ll be able to explore the park on your own. The Reptile Show will provide you with an informative, interactive opportunity to become familiar with the features of the American alligators. You may also choose to take the Jungle Trail, which leads to an area featuring American Alligators, and a crocodile exhibit, including various species from around the world. Note: Participants must be able negotiate one large step to board the airboat. This tour is only for guests with flights departing after 3:30 pm from Miami International Airport. Guests are responsible for ensuring their debark tours are compatible with their departure flight times. After an exhilarating sail on the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean, the Captain will drop anchor off magnificent Buck Island where our friendly, experienced crew will provide snorkeling instructions and any assistance you may need. As soon as you depart the harbor you’ll start to enjoy the charm and scenery of this dual personality island which has been flying the flags of both Holland and France since 1648. You’ll drive from Phillipsburg, the Dutch capital, past the Great Salt Pond and through the countryside. The tour then continues past the Border Monument indicating arrival at the French side, into the district of Orleans. Sightseeing continues through several quaint towns and fishing villages, including Grand Case known for its lovely beaches and exquisite restaurants, then across the north side of the island for a short stop at Marigot, the French capital, where you’ll observe a truly European atmosphere as you browse its waterside open-air markets, quaint shops, boutiques and sidewalk cafes. After your brief sojourn in Marigot you’ll return to the Dutch side and a truly spectacular view of Simpson Bay as you drive over Cole Bay Hill. Note: Participants must be able to manage three steps into and out of the bus. Wheelchair access may be limited - for details, please consult your Shore Excursion staff before booking. On public holidays all stores and shops will be closed in Marigot. less

Start your 'magical family adventure' in the world’s most beautiful dolphinarium. Located just a short walk from Cozumel’s shopping area, it’s the only place in all the Caribbean where you can interact with dolphins for approximately 40 minutes in the safety of a calm ocean cove. Before entering the water, each participant is briefed by one of our knowledgeable and professional trainers about the dolphins’ behavior as well as the basic guidelines of the program. This program is conducted on a submerged platform and is a very hands-on program, allowing you, in a controlled and safe setting to get an up close and personal anatomy lesson on dolphins as well as learning about their different behaviors. You’ll be able to touch their velvety soft skin, listen to them sing and watch them play. You’ll also receive a kiss and a friendly fin shake. The facility is also home to many other forms of marine and fish life, which can be viewed with safety and ease. Snorkeling after the program is available. Note: Participants must be at least 5 years of age. Time in the water with the dolphins is approximately 40 minutes. It is not possible for passengers with neck or back injuries or pregnant women to participate in this program. less
