Experience the full sweep of Mexico’s history, culture and traditions at Discover Mexico Park, the country’s only theme park that showcases its diversity and many marvels in one place. You can explore with a guide or on your own with a self-guided map. Start at the four-screen video room, where every corner of Mexico comes to life through images set to bracing traditional music. Then meander through the garden’s tropical flowers and trees, home to macaws, turtles and iguanas. Look for the Mayas’ sacred Ceiba trees, symbol of their entire cosmos. Lining your path are intricate scale replicas of the great pyramids of the Maya, Aztec and other ancient civilizations, as well as later monuments. Duck into the Museum of Popular Arts to view contemporary works from Mexico’s finest artisans, including detailed trees of life, Oaxaca’s rare black-clay pottery and quirky alebrijes (carved wooden animals). Don’t miss the park’s newest addition, the Papantla Flyers’ astonishing performance of the ancient voladores ritual. For a unique memento of your visit, stop at the Hand Crafts and Souvenir Shop, a local favorite for holiday shopping. There is a little something for everyone on this tour, as the water depth varies from 2-25 feet. You’ll be greeted by a tour guide and escorted to a taxi for a five-minute ride to the facility. Upon arrival, the energetic staff of PADI-certified dive masters will brief you on the coral reef, safety procedures and snorkel equipment. You’ll have unlimited time to stay and enjoy the location and facilities. Note: Participants must be at least 4 years of age. Fresh water showers, a restaurant/snack bar and restrooms are available. There are lockers available for rental and photos are available for purchase after the tour. less

Grand Cayman, rich in history and folklore of pirates and hidden loot, awaits you on the one and only Trolley Roger. Your adventure begins as your guide meets you at the pier and directs you to your awaiting trolley. Then it's time to sit back, relax and enjoy a leisurely ride through George Town as your expert guide relates the entertaining history of the island and its colorful past. This unique open-air trolley will take you past many of the 600 banks, the oldest buildings in Grand Cayman, the central park area and the statue of the island's very own national hero, 'Mr. Jim' Bodden. The tour will also take you to the beautiful residential area of South Sound. You’ll hear the entertaining and interesting history of the islands and some of its residents, such as Sir Francis Drake and Blackbeard. After a short stop at the Cayman Islanders' favorite beach, Smiths Cove, the journey continues along the scenic coastal road towards 'Hog Sty Bay'. Whether you’re snorkeling for the very first time or you consider yourself an expert, you’ll want to experience our adventurous snorkel trail "The Fate of the Fancy" on Great Stirrup Cay. Located in the clear blue waters of Bertram’s Cove, you’ll snorkel your way around the wreckage of the treasure ship 'The Fancy', which sailed towards the Berry Islands in April of 1696 when it disappeared into the darkness of the night. Legend has it that from the depths of the sea appeared the sea creature Lusca, which grasped and destroyed the ship. The trail includes 17 mini reefs comprised of shipwreck artifacts that include cannons, treasure chests, swords and even a sunken piano. Note: Participants must be able to swim. This tour is the length of the ship’s duration in Great Stirrup Cay. less

This tour is particularly convenient if you went diving or snorkeling in the morning, if you wake very late, or if you just wish to be out for a short time. The tour leaves Roseau and drives you directly to the magnificent Trafalgar Falls. You will spend approximately 45-minutes enjoying the breathtaking scenery of the twin falls at they cascade side by side out of deep gorges on the cliff-face into a pool surrounded by lush ferns. You will also have the chance to shop at the bus stand before you return to your ship. Note: This tour is not recommended for those guests with acute respiratory problems. less

Step aboard this 1.5 hour Trolley Train Tour around the capital of Dominica. The train makes a stop at the Botanical Gardens, visits a city view point, a Catholic church and a local bar. First we will make a stop at the historical Roseau Cathedral and get the opportunity to visit this old colonial church and take photos. From here we will head towards the Botanical Gardens where we will take an optional walk through the Gardens with its large exotic trees and plants. Next stop will be at a view point with excellent photo opportunities overlooking the capital with the cruise line and the Caribbean sea in the background. On the way you will see bustling street life and vendors as the train goes through the most unspoiled and untouched capital of the Caribbean. The conductor will point out buildings and landmarks as you pass them by. Take a photo of the colonial architecture as you passing through the winding alleys and streets. Last stop will be at a bar which is known for its great waterfront facilities. Here you will get a complimentary fruit or rum punch and listen to some Caribbean music. Note: Participants cannot exceed 350 lbs. less

Board your mono-hull glass-bottom boat for a narrated cruise along Nassau’s coastline. Your guide will share general information about Nassau and the Bahamas and point out historical sites and homes of the rich and famous. Once the vessel is positioned over the reef; you’ll be guided down to the viewing deck. Here, you’ll be given an informative briefing of all that you see through the glass. Afterward, you’ll slowly cruise back through the harbor to the pier, while enjoying complimentary rum or fruit punch. Note: Participants must be able to walk onto the boat via the gangway. There are 10 to 12 steps to access the viewing deck. Participants must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol. First, you’ll head to the historical Morne Bruce for a bird’s eye view of the town of Roseau and the village of Laudat as you drive through the steep rainforest hills of the Trafalgar and Roseau Valleys. At this elevation, several of the major species of trees, including mahot cochon, cre cre, kaklin, balate and carapite, can be seen. The larger species in the surrounding forest support large numbers of epiphytes (air plants) such as orchids, zel mouchs, bromeliads and anthurium. This panoramic rainforest drive includes a partially developed viewpoint overlooking the spectacular Trafalgar Valley with dramatic vertical drops and interlocking spurs. On your return route you will be able to watch traditional basket weaving and have the opportunity to shop for souvenirs. less

Join us for a journey full of the sights and flavors of Beautiful Grand Cayman! Climb aboard your air-conditioned bus and you’re off to The Cayman Islands Brewery to see how the only locally brewed beer on the island (Caybrew) is made and bottled. See the brewing process from start to finish and of course there’ll be time at the end for a free sample! Then it’s time to board the bus to pass through downtown Georgetown on your way to The Rum Cake Factory. You will pass by several of our most famous landmarks: Fort George, The Legislative Assembly Building, Heroes Square, The Peace Memorial and many of the numerous banks Grand Cayman is famous for. After sampling Cayman’s world famous Rum Cake it’s time to take a trip to the brewing facilities of Seven Fathom’s Rum to see the unique brewing process of Grand Cayman’s first and only Rum distillery. During the guided tour you will see a brief informative video of the history of Cayman rum and culture and of course have a taste of our award winning Seven Fathom’s Rum! After the rum tasting, you are on your own to enjoy the ocean view, have lunch at the restaurant (not included) or take advantage of the water sports onsite. When you are ready to return to the ship, it’s just a short walk back to the downtown piers. Note: Guests are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen and bring their cameras. Moderate walking is involved to fully enjoy all sites. The brewery is 2 stories with steps; no ramps or elevators. There is an approx. 100 yard walk from the pier to the bus.
