Two of Grand Cayman's most popular activities, visiting the Turtle Farm and literally going to Hell, are included on this cruise tour. Sit back, relax and enjoy the highlights of Grand Cayman. Your tour begins in George Town - this prosperous capital ranks as the fifth-largest financial center in the world - with a guided drive along Seven Mile Beach, briefly stopping along the way to capture once-in-a-lifetime snapshots. Continue on to quaint local neighborhoods on your way to the Gingerbread House, followed by a stop at Hell, a small tourist village known for its unusual inferno rock formations. After a 'hell' of an experience, you'll visit the Turtle Farm, home of the world-famous green sea turtle. On the way back to the pier, you’ll make a brief stop at one of Cayman's rum cake outlets. less

The Condado Lagoon has the best view of the city with its striking skylines, monuments, parks, and the marine life. The tour includes transportation from your ship to the entrance of the lagoon. Here you’ll meet with your instructors/guide who will provide you all the rental equipment needed. No experience is necessary! Your aquatic trip begins by passing beneath the San Anton bridge, and if you’re lucky spot the bright red starfish. Your first stop is at a secluded beach, where in the shallow waters, the instructor will provide more paddle boarding technics and participants will be able to stand in the boards. Continue exercising, while having fun towards your second point of interest, the Baldorioty de Castro Monument. Take a dip in the water and re-board the paddle board towards the Laguna de Condado Park. In the park, we’ll step off the paddleboards and take a look at the exhibits commissioned by the city and learn about the surroundings. We then board our paddleboards again, and make the final push. Before reaching the end, you might enjoy a magnificent view of an old battalion outpost from Spanish colonial times called San Geronimo del Boquerón. While paddle boarding is a leisurely activity, guests will feel they got a refreshing workout! Discover the natural beauty of Antigua and catch glimpses of island life on this scenic drive across the enchanting island. You will board your air conditioned motor coach and begin your drive through the heart of the city as you head out of St. John’s. Drive through colorful tranquil villages with charming churches and rolling hills, passing tropical plants and trees along the way. Continuing on to the North Sound region, you will pass the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium and drive through the villages of All Saints, Liberta and Falmouth. Make a quick stop for refreshments before continuing through the lush green foliage of Fig Tree Drive, the island’s most picturesque drive and home of Antigua’s tropical forest. Fig is the Antiguan word for banana and you will drive through groves of wild mango, guava, orange, coconut and of course, bananas at every turn. Along this scenic southwest coast to Old Road, Fig Tree Drive climbs up and down hillsides affording breathtaking views. As your island drive takes you back to the ship, you will pass the pineapple fields at Cades Bay and beautiful Darkwood Beach. Join us for a journey full of the sights and flavors of Beautiful Grand Cayman! Climb aboard your air-conditioned bus and you’re off to The Cayman Islands Brewery to see how the only locally brewed beer on the island (Caybrew) is made and bottled. See the brewing process from start to finish and of course there’ll be time at the end for a free sample! Then it’s time to board the bus to pass through downtown Georgetown on your way to The Rum Cake Factory. You will pass by several of our most famous landmarks: Fort George, The Legislative Assembly Building, Heroes Square, The Peace Memorial and many of the numerous banks Grand Cayman is famous for. After sampling Cayman’s world famous Rum Cake it’s time to take a trip to the brewing facilities of Seven Fathom’s Rum to see the unique brewing process of Grand Cayman’s first and only Rum distillery. During the guided tour you will see a brief informative video of the history of Cayman rum and culture and of course have a taste of our award winning Seven Fathom’s Rum! After the rum tasting, you are on your own to enjoy the ocean view, have lunch at the restaurant (not included) or take advantage of the water sports onsite. When you are ready to return to the ship, it’s just a short walk back to the downtown piers. Note: Guests are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen and bring their cameras. Moderate walking is involved to fully enjoy all sites. The brewery is 2 stories with steps; no ramps or elevators. There is an approx. 100 yard walk from the pier to the bus. Your first stop will be a view of the imposing military fort of San Felipe de Barajas situated outside the walled city and considered to be the most outstanding feat of Spanish military engineering in the New World. You'll then continue to the historic Colonial city characterized by its walls which took 194 years to be completed. These immense walls enabled Cartagena to defend itself from the numerous attacks of English pirates and other invaders. You’ll be able to walk through Spanish Colonial architecture, some of the best preserved in South America with its imposing merchant’s houses, narrow streets, flower bedecked balconies, civic buildings and beautiful churches. The city is dotted with many squares and public spaces which are now home to sidewalk cafes and restaurants where locals and visitors relax and enjoy the magic of this city. Your next stop will be Bocagrande, which in contrast with the old city is modern with high rise apartment complexes, hotels and restaurants, a great place for visitors. You’ll then have a brief stop for shopping at the Pierino Gallo shopping center famous for its wide variety of jewelry shops. Note: There is a 30 minute continuous walk-in old town.
