After your 30 minutes stop, drive to Capoons Bay, Apple Bay and Carrot Bay then you will ascend about 900 feet above sea level between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the stunning views and the different shades of the ocean that operate harmoniously with the clouds. This relaxing drive stops at Nature's Way where you can get the best made ice cold fruit smoothie. This complimentary beverage is just for you and you can sip it as you travel to Long Bay beach at Beef Island. Take your photos and a plunge in the warm crystal clear water. A stop at the Maritime Museum is a must as you view a display of photographs and artifacts recovered from the 1867 wreck of the Royal Mail Steamer" Rhone" . This fun-filled shore excursion begins with a short drive through Dominica's capital, Roseau, to the historical site of Morne Bruce and the Botanical Gardens for a close-up encounter with the national parrot, the Sisserou. Feel the force of nature as you wind through the mountains to the renowned Sulphur Springs to view remnants of the island's volcanic activity. Hop back on, and enjoy a ride into the interior to the Ti Tou Gorge, to discover a crevice in the mountain where hot and cold streams intermingle into a natural, plunging rock pool for an exhilarating swim. If you are really adventurous, swim between the mountains of the gorge to discover a spectacular view of a crystal-clear waterfall. Local refreshments and rum punch will be served. View the city of Roseau from a 400-feet elevation before continuing to the Botanical Gardens for a view of some of the world’s most exotic trees and rare birds, the Sisserou and Jaco parrots, on this cruise shore excursion. Move on to the village of Trafalgar and to the Trafalgar Falls, one of Dominica’s most fascinating and picturesque areas. You will have a unique view of the falls, as it cascades side by side out of deep gorges. Your guide will lead you on a 10-minute trek to the viewing platform of these majestic waterfalls. Next, pass through the city of Roseau, traveling up the Springfield Valley to the Trois Pitons National Park. You will soon arrive at the Emerald Pool for a 15-minute trek through the rainforest to the 40-foot cascading waterfall, the Emerald Pool. Stop at strategic lookouts for breath taking view. After boarding the 4x4 Troop Truck, proceed along the outskirts of Basseterre, the Capital, passing through the resort area of Frigate Bay. Upon reaching the crest of Timothy Hill, a brief photo stop is made to experience the views of this pristine area. Drive across the winding mountain highway, before stopping at another photo locale with excellent views of the rugged coastline and Basseterre. Proceeding onwards, you arrive at the base of a small hillock, to start your casual stroll through grassy plains to the top to explore the foundation ruins of an old Overseer's House and be entertained by tales of this environmentally protected area. Climb into the truck and continue to the extreme tip of St Kitts to Cockleshell Bay where you can take a plunge in the warm Caribbean Sea and enjoy the views of Nevis the sister Island, across the channel. This is truly a secluded nature experience where you will find yourself walking on a small path towards the first 82-foot high waterfall. Although the hike takes only 15 minutes, the site will make you feel like you are in the middle of an untouched rainforest. You can choose to make an adventurous climb to the second white sulphur waterfall, whose water has been colored from the volcanic activities of the island. This city tour takes you to an unforgettable collection of beauty spots in and around Ocho Rios. First, you’ll visit the island's premier attraction, Dunn's River Falls. It is a place of unique beauty, where the river cascades over a giant limestone staircase to a white-sand beach and the warm Caribbean Sea. You may choose to climb the icy waterfalls with the aid of an experienced falls guide, just simply relax at the base of the waterfalls, or swim in the sea. Next, you’ll be taken on a guided stroll through the groves of trees and plants at the Shaw Park Botanical Gardens. The manicured grounds are beautified by a reflecting pond, gazebos and a natural waterfall. A final stop is made in the town for shopping before returning to your ship. Note: Order of stops may be changed to avoid crowds. The Dunn’s River Falls are the highlight of Jamaica and tend to be very congested. All guests participating in a tour that visits the falls should wear foot protection that can get wet. River socks are available for rent at the falls. The rocks at the falls are slippery. Climbing the falls is optional and at your own risk. Participants who do not wish to climb the falls may enjoy the small beach at the base. The walk to the beach is on a slope with many stairs, therefore participants should be in reasonably good health. less

Then, receive a safety speech and all your snorkeling equipment, and learn how to maneuver your boat throughout the journey. Once your life vest is on, it is time to board your boat and glide out into the endless turquoise waters, get ready and blast off! Follow your guide as he takes you along the coastline and leads you to one of the most vibrant reefs in the area. Once you arrive at the reef you’ll enjoy 45 minutes of guided snorkeling along the reef edge amongst colorful fish and corals. Learn about lobsters, starfish, anemones abound from a PADI qualified guide, it’s an underwater paradise. Back at the beach your tour is still only beginning. Located just a short walk from Cozumel’s downtown shopping area, it’s the only place in all the Caribbean where you can swim with dolphins for approximately 40 minutes in the safety of a calm ocean cove. This is a very hands-on program allows you to experience the true magic of these magnificent mammals. Starting on a waist-deep submerged platform you’ll be able to touch their velvety soft skin, listen to them sing and watch them play. Following this you’ll be able to float out into the deeper water of the natural ocean coves to swim with the dolphins and touch them as they gracefully glide by you. You’ll be provided with a mask if you want to see them under water as well. After a kiss, a hug and a friendly fin shake you’ll receive a fantastic dolphin ride around the cove. Explore the city of Cartagena. Begin with a stop at La Popa Monastery, built during the 17th century and dedicated to Nuestra Senora de la Candelaria, patron saint of Cartagena and a Colonial museum. Visit a small chapel to see the famous wooden statue of the Virgin, and marvel at the wonderful gold leaves laminated main altar. Continue to San Felipe de Barajas situated outside the walled city for a panoramic view of this monumental fort considered to be the most outstanding feat of Spanish military engineering in the New World. Then, continue to Las Bovedas Artisan Center, built as dungeons and as a means of storage. Walk through narrow cobblestone streets and squares inside the walled city. Wander through Plaza de Bolivar which features a statue of its namesake. Visit the Inquisition Palace, established in the year 1610 to punish any crimes against the Catholic faith. You’ll see samples of jails and torture chambers. The sentencing ceremony used to take place in public, in the middle of the plaza. Next, visit the San Pedro Claver cloister and monastery built in homage to the protector of slaves. Before returning to your ship, take home some souvenirs from the Pierino Gallo shopping center and enjoy panoramic sightseeing through Bocagrande, the modern part of the city. Note: Casual clothes and comfortable shoes are recommended. Wear sunscreen and bring your camera. less
