Board your Zodiac, skippered by an experienced eco-guide. After a brief safety lecture and orientation, take an exhilarating ride to Land’s End, past Lover’s Beach, the sea lion colony and the famous arch. Your first snorkel site will be at Chileno Cove, approximately 20 minutes along the coast. After re-boarding your Zodiac, you’ll head over to Santa Maria Cove for your second snorkeling. The transparent waters at both coves team with colorful fish, including Moorish idols, puffers and Cortez angelfish. You’ll spend approximately 45 minutes at each site. After your snorkel experience, your Zodiac transports you back to the tender pier. Enjoy the incredible view heading back into the harbor with a view of your ship, Land's End and the coastline of Cabo. Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age and weigh no more than 250 lbs. The snorkeling sites may be altered due to weather and water conditions. This tour is not for pregnant women or guests with knee, neck, back or heart problems, as the ride can be rough. A signed waiver is required. Cruise by Cabo’s famed Lovers Beach, past the sea lion colony and the towering rock formations of Land’s End, then set sail for Chileno Bay, cruising along Cabo’s Gold Coast. Your coach will take you from the pier to start your walking tour from Senate Square, with its neo-classical atmosphere. It is surrounded by the Main Lutheran Church, the Senate Building, and the University. Walk by the central railway station of Eliel Saarinen and see the National Theater and Sanoma Talo. Enjoy a flavorful cup of fresh coffee and pastry served in one of the many coffee venues in downtown. Continue your tour by walking to Mannerheim Street, Helsinki’s main thoroughfare where you’ll see Helsinki’s museum of Contemporary Art, National Museum, the new Music Hall and the House of Parliament. Then, visit the world famous Rock Church built of bedrock and quarried stone. Continue your walk towards Sibelius Park, in which the name was given to the park honoring Finland’s greatest composer, Jean Sibelius. Board your guided air-conditioned transportation and pass through Puntarenas and its surrounding mangroves. Then, proceed southward along the coast past the port of Caldera and small fishing villages, such as Mata de Limon. Next, head inland into the coastal range of mountains passing by small farming communities such as Tivies and Ceiba. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to see typical Costa Rican rural life. Along the way, you may encounter different species of birds as well as sugar cane, bananas, coffee, mangos and other crops that are often exported to North America and Europe. Continue traveling south until you reach Tarcoles River, where sightings of very large crocodiles can frequently be seen. This is where your Canopy Tour adventure will begin. Upon arrival to the canopy tour reception, you’ll get geared up with the necessary equipment and briefed on safety instructions. You’ll be guided on a 15 to 20 minute walk through the tropical transition forest to the beginning of the tour. Once here, you’ll proceed to the first horizontal traverse cable. The Original Canopy tour consists of nine observation platforms, and eight horizontal traverse cables connected between the immense trees of this tropical paradise. Your journey through the trees will take approximately one hour. Here, you may see deer, monkeys and a variety of birds including the endangered scarlet macaw, orchids, bromeliads and mahogany trees. At the end of the tour you'll receive a complimentary bottle of water. Other beverages and souvenirs will be available for purchase once back at the reception area. After a few minutes of relaxation, you’ll board your bus for the return journey to the pier. Note: Participants must be at least 5 years of age and weigh no more than 275 lbs. Drive through the picturesque marinas of Zea and Microlimano in Piraeus as your tour heads to the center of Athens. You’ll have the opportunity to admire some of the most important sites of Athens, such as Constitution Square, the Monument of the Unknown Soldier, Temple of Zeus, Royal Palace, and the Old Marble Olympic Stadium. The Acropolis is one of the most photographed and recognizable hills in the entire world. Sights include the Propylaea, Temple of Apteros Niki, Erectheum and Architectural Triumph of the Parthenon. Afterwards, you’ll have free time to wander around the picturesque streets of Plaka, the old preserved district of Athens with numerous art and craft shops, restaurants and cafes. You’ll have plenty of free time for shopping or to independently enjoy Greek specialties at one of the traditional colorful taverns. After your wanderings at the old district of Athens, board your coach from a designated point at a set-up time for your return to the pier. Commissioned by Pericles and built by Pheidias, the perfectly proportioned Parthenon crowns the Acropolis, representing the Golden Age of Classical Greece. Follow the winding path to 'the upper city' entrance through the Propylaea gateway. Beyond, on the highest part of the hill, stands the crowning glory of the Acropolis, the Parthenon, looking out over the graceful Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and the Old City below. After the Acropolis, you’ll drive to both the old and new sections of Athens, separated by Hadrian’s Arch. You’ll pass the statue of Lord Byron, the Corinthian Temple of Olympian Zeus and Constitution Square to the former Royal Palace. Here you’ll have a chance to take a photo of the Presidential Guard or Evzones in traditional uniform, as they stand watch over the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Other sights on the drive include the Academy, National Gardens and the Old Marble Olympic Stadium, built in 1895 for the first modern Olympic Games. For the most adventurous, this is the perfect tour to correlate the disastrous eruption of Vesuvius and the destruction of the splendid city of Pompeii. Visit the famous city destroyed by a volcanic eruption and learn how its inhabitants lived. Learn how prior to the eruption of Vesuvius, Pompeii was a thriving city, teeming with privileged rich people and ordinary slaves. See their homes and places of work during the days of the Roman Empire. The city was prosperous due to the region’s fertile soil. Hike up to the volcano’s crater and see the rivers of lava where crevices still exude fumes and heat. Vesuvius has erupted many times, but the eruption that stays in the mind of millions of people is the one in 79 A.D. Take in stunning views of Naples and the bay from the top. Time permitting, you’ll visit a cameo factory near Pompeii. Note: The tour will not operate for Norwegian Jade winter sailings from the end of November through mid-April. The steep gravel path to the crater is about 550 yards and takes approximately 40 minutes to walk round-trip. After an orientation drive through Messina, you’ll head towards the slopes of Mt. Etna through the scenic countryside. See the impressive views from the vantage point of Cratere Silvestri. Here, you begin your ascent, first by cable car and continuing in 4 x 4 vans. With the assistance of Alpine guides, you’ll walk to see the last lava flow. Lunch will be at a local restaurant on the volcano. Note: This tour not recommended for guests with back, heart or respiratory problems as this tour reaches approximately 9,500 feet above sea level. There is an uphill walk of about 3, 300 feet. It can be windy and chilly at high altitudes, so a warm jacket or windbreaker is recommended. less

Although quick paced with a substantial amount of walking and climbing, your day will be extremely rewarding. See the highlights of Florence, including Michelangelo’s David and climb to the top of Pisa’s famous leaning tower. You’ll arrive at Piazzale Michelangelo to enjoy the wonderful panorama of Florence from this unique terrace. In the historical center of Florence you will begin your walking tour. Visit the Galleria Dell'Accademia, where you’ll see Michelangelo’s masterpiece: the original statue of David. Visit Piazza del Duomo, the religious center of Florence in front of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Piazza della Signoria and walk to the Ponte Vecchio for a photo opportunity. You’ll have free time for lunch on your own and shopping. Meet back at your bus and head to Pisa where you'll join your guide for a climb up the 294 steps of the world-famous Leaning Tower. In Miracle Square you will view the Cathedral and Baptistery from the outside and enjoy some free time for photo opportunities or shopping. Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age to climb the Tower. No bags are allowed for the Tower visit for security reasons. Even though the tower has reopened to the public, Italian authorities have strict limitations on the amount of persons allowed in per hour/day. The walking distance between the Field of Miracles in Pisa, and the bus parking area is approximately 15 minutes each way. Please note that on public holidays, most major stores will be closed; however, most leather and souvenir shops will be open. Guests who are planning to visit religious sites during free time or on tour, please dress appropriately; no bare shoulders or shorts are allowed. Experience the 'original pizza' in the city that boasts the world's first pizzeria, dating back to 1830, and see the sites of Naples. Travel along the coast with magnificent views of the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius - the still-active volcano that buried Pompeii in 79 A.D. - in the backdrop. At the ruins of Pompeii, you'll discover the archaeological excavations of a lost city buried deep beneath the ash from Mt. Vesuvius. Entering by the sea gate, your walking tour takes in the city's baths, villas, theaters and wrestling grounds. Plaster casts mark the positions of the fallen that were swiftly overcome by volcanic ash. Your guide will point out the remarkably preserved remains that hint at daily Roman life, their customs, cuisine and how they entertained, decorated and lived. Before heading to our next stop, take a sightseeing loop around the city for a quick orientation, driving past the round-towered Castel Nuovo, San Carlo Opera House, Umberto Gallery, the Royal Palace and San Francesco di Paola Church. Driving along the waterfront, notice the site where Naples was first founded: Castel dell'Ovo or 'egg castle'. Its curious name comes from a Roman legend that claimed the castle was built over an egg placed on the site with the belief that if the egg broke Naples would fall. Visit The National Archaeological Museum next. Originally cavalry barracks, Charles of Bourbon established the museum in the late 18th century to house the fantastic Farnese Collection that he had inherited. Highlights include the Farnese Bull and a classical Roman sculpture depicting figures from Greek mythology. The museum houses a collection of murals, frescoes and mosaics from Pompeii and Herculaneum. Note: The tour doesn't operate on Tuesdays. This walking tour introduces you to some of Naples’ best kept secrets, including castles dating as far back as the 13th century, an underground tunnel built by order of Ferdinand II of Bourbon, and the most monumental and harmonious square of the city. An exciting itinerary awaits you when you find the aqueduct of Carmignano, which served the city of Naples of the '600 Century; a military path of the XIX Century, named 'Bourbon Tunnel; the bomb shelters used during the numerous German bombing of the Second World War, and buried vintage cars and motorbikes. At the end of the walk through the tunnel you’ll arrive in Piazza Plebiscito; this noble semicircular piazza is undoubtedly the most famous square in Naples and is flanked by the 17th-century Royal Palace, San Carlo Opera House and the Church of St. Francis. Upon arrival at Tarquinia Porta Clementina, you’ll collect your bicycles and meet the group leader. Then, proceed through the Medieval historic center of Tarquinia passing by some of the most important monuments in this historic village. Visit the main palazzo and the National Etruscan Museum. Continue towards Santa Maria in Castello until you arrive at the typical farmhouse for a wine tasting session. From here, you’ll return to your ship by coach. Explore Baja California's desert aboard a rugged Jeep® Wrangler. Your destination is La Candelaria, a small oasis village in the middle of the desert. Once your vehicle is assigned, you’ll set out across the desert caravan-style, following your local guide. Along the drive you’ll be shown some of the local flora and fauna that is found all over the Baja. There are several working ranches along the way, where you’ll see herds of cows and goats roaming the roads. Keep your camera ready as there are many photo opportunities. Driving will be shared among the four guests in the Jeep®. At La Candelaria, you’ll be served a delicious snack and a soft drink or bottled water at the local boarding school, which is home to approximately 75 students during the school week. You’ll also visit a local artist specializing in pottery. As the works are in high demand, there are not always samples available for viewing. Back in the convoy, continue your exploration down one of Baja's largest river washes until it reaches the Pacific Ocean. At the beach, you’ll have some free time to comb the beach for shells or just relax and watch the waves crashing on the shore. Your return trip to the pier will be along Baja's famed Highway 1. Note: Participants must be at least 5 years of age to snorkel. Drivers must be at least 25 and present a valid driver's license. All vehicles have manual transmission and a maximum capacity of four passengers per vehicle. Due to the nature of this tour, pregnant women or guests with any known medical condition or history of illness, including heart condition, knee pain or injury, spinal and or neck pain or injury or any recent injuries should not participate. Guests must be able to walk approximately 750 yards over uneven dirt surfaces to do the walking portion of this tour. Located on the west coast of Naples, you’ll find the still-active volcano, Mount Vesuvius. For the adventurous traveler, this is the ideal way to explore the volcano that destroyed the city of Pompeii. You’ll arrive at the base of the National Park of Vesuvius, from where you’ll board a special 4 x 4 coach. Ecologic and equipped with air-conditioning, it will take you to a height of about 3,000 feet. During the drive up the path in the National Park, you’ll relax looking at the Gulf of Naples. Once at 3,000 feet, you’ll proceed on foot for another 1,000 feet up on a narrow zigzagging path. Once on the rim of the crater walls, you’ll meet an official alpine guide and walk part of the way around the edge to enjoy this natural phenomenon and, of course, a panoramic view that includes Naples and the entire bay. After visiting the crater, you’ll walk back to the 4 x 4 coach, which will take you to the motorcoach parking for your return drive to Naples and your ship. Your first stop is Quimixto, a remote seaside village from where you’ll depart on a horseback ride (helmets are provided for your safety) through the tropical forest arriving at a breathtaking waterfall where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. Continue to the tranquil cove of La Bola with its beautiful clear waters for you to explore by snorkel. Your last stop is Pizota, where you'll enjoy a delicious lunch and complimentary drinks on this pristine beach and then relax in one of the hammocks. You can also explore its tropical waters by kayak. Look back one more time at this paradise as you board the powerboat for your return to Puerto Vallarta. Note: Participants must be at least 10 years of age, weigh less than 250 lbs. and be able to swim. As this adventure takes place in a remote area only accessible by boat, participants must be in good physical condition. Your boat will pull up right at the pier where you and other participants will board. Wear your life jackets and get ready for the thrill of your life. As the boat motors out through the Cabo harbor and into the bay, you’ll be fitted with a harness and then one at a time, you’ll sit down on the back of the boat, it’s simple and easy… the boat does the rest! You’ll soar up to 600 feet depending on the wind and water conditions. Tandem is possible depending on the combined weight of the participants and wind speed at the moment. Take your camera up with you and create aerial memories to show your friends and prove that you really did it! Get a bird’s eye view of Land’s End. Return to your starting point dry and sitting down on the back of the boat. Actual flight time is approximately 10 minutes each.

Note: Participants must be at least 7 years of age and those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (adult need not fly, but must buy a ride-along ticket). Required minimum weight should be at least 100 lbs. with a maximum combined weight of 550 lbs. Minimum and maximum weight may change as per Captain’s discretion based on wind conditions. On this two-tank dive you’ll travel through deep submarine canyons just off San Lucas Bay and marvel at the rich marine environment on this adventure. Diving locations are just off the rocky shore and feature large boulders and pinnacles; the rocky walls attract schools of fish such as snapper and goatfish. The ledges are covered with marine invertebrates, starfish, nudibranchs and urchins. Look out for king and Cortez angelfish, Moorish idols and guinea fowl puffers. Note: Participants must be at least 12 years of age, weigh less than 280 lbs. and in good physical condition. You’ll be required to complete a medical release form. You must present a valid certification card (C-Card) and must have logged a certified dive within the last year. All equipment, including professional supervision and boat transportation is included.
