Enjoy the sights along France’s most spectacular coastlines. Drive the famed Golden Corniche and enjoy some time in charming Saint Raphael. Admire stunning coastal views along the famous Golden Corniche – the Esterel cliff road – one of the most beautiful parts of the French Riviera. The road runs close to the sea in some areas and passes between villa gardens set with palms, orange trees and mimosa. The Esterel has a breathtaking beauty and is made up of volcanic rocks, which at Agay are blue in color and elsewhere are green, yellow, purple and grey. The fiery red of the rocks makes a striking contrast with the deep blue of the sea. The fashionable resort town of Saint Raphael is situated on Frejus Bay. The waterfront by the Old Harbour bristles with activity stimulated by the cafes and shops, which line the pavements of Cours Jean Bart and Quai Albert 1st. You’ll have some free time to seek out a souvenir during your visit or simply relax and watch the world go by. less

This experience allows for an intimate glimpse inside one of the most important aspects that defines Costa Rica as the strongest nation in all of Central America. Coffee cultivation has been the primary source of income for many Costa Rican families since the turn of the 19th century. You’ll visit a 670-acre cooperative farm owned by more than 2,300 farmers of who 60% are women. Each member contributes almost 10 acres of land to the coop. The coffee that they cultivate and produce is sold directly to one of the largest coffee companies in the world, Starbucks. This coffee is also purchased by Rainforest Alliance, an organization that focuses on the conservation of biodiversity and sustainable development. You’ll experience first-hand the coffee roasting process and have the chance to sample the flavorful brewing. Also see how the coffee beans, also known as cherries, are picked, sorted, peeled, fermented and sun-dried. Learn many interesting facts that will change your appreciation for this highly consumed beverage. Feel free to browse the selection of hand-made souvenirs before heading to the town of Sarchi. A photo-stop will be made at the largest oxcart monument ever built and stop at the factory that made it; see the ancient water wheel that propels most of the machinery they use to cut and saw the wood. Note: Minimum amount of walking over even surface and some steps. For wheelchair restricted customers, advance notice is required. Motorized scooters cannot be handled, only foldable wheelchairs. Huatulco is known for its picturesque bays and sun-drenched Oaxacan coastline. Embark in a comfortable motorized catamaran-style vessel for a relaxing cruise from the harbor to Tangolunda Bay. View the area's natural beauty and surrounding resorts before passing by unusual rock formations at Organo Bay. Here, a stop will be made for swimming, relaxing time and some refreshments. Your cruise will continue to the tranquil Maguey and Chahue Bay's; then, proceed to Santa Cruz Bay, with its beautiful beaches and see the impressive blowhole located nearby. Your guide will provide informative commentary throughout your bay cruise. Note: Participants must be in good health. Swimming is recommended for guests of 250 Lbs. or less. Take a panoramic tour of Cartagena. Begin with a photo stop of San Felipe de Barajas Fortress, originally built in the 17th century and considered the largest Spanish fort in the New World. Snap pictures of the ancient towering walls and main entrance. Then, drive by the Old City where your guide will point out historical facts about the Inquisition Palace, the Cathedral and its dome churches. Your next stop will be Las Bovedas, built in the late 18th century as dungeons and as a means of storage. Sightsee and shop in the many handcraft boutiques and stores. Continue your journey for a sightseeing tour of the modern residential area of Bocagrande, famous for its wide variety of hotels and restaurants. Here, you'll have the option to stay in the city, visit Pierino Gallo Mall, or return back to the ship on your own. Note: This is a panoramic tour with optional photo stops. Only collapsible/foldable wheelchairs are welcomed. Transportation does not have a lift and cannot accommodate scooters. Take a journey into the heart of rural Chiapas for a deeper understanding of the local people and landscapes. Discover the culture that blends ancient traditions with modern necessity. Board your air-conditioned bus and travel through the Chiapas countryside to the Ejido Miguel Aleman banana farm. Your guide will acquaint you with the history of the region, its people and traditions, as well as the growing and collection process of the bananas. Then, travel into the town that owns and runs the banana co-op and visit the local community center or school; here, you’ll meet and mingle with the local children and the dedicated teachers and social workers. You’ll be able to donate a kit pack to one of the kids at the community center or local school. The kit pack contains some of their basic day to day needs. Continue to the Banana Packing Plant, where you’ll discover how the whole community works together to pack the bananas they all produce. On the way back, you will get a last glimpse of life in rural Chiapas before returning to the pier. Note: Guests should wear a hat and comfortable shoes. Bring eco-friendly sunscreen and bug repellent. Part of the proceeds of this tour will go to the community center learning program. Most areas are not wheelchair accessible. less

Drive through the lovely Tuscan countryside en route to the historic town of Pisa, located on the banks of the Arno River. Enjoy a short trolley ride that takes you directly to Miracle Square, next to the famous Leaning Tower. Your walking tour begins near Miracle Square. During World War II, much of Pisa was destroyed by German and Allied bombing, however the cathedral, baptistery and famous Leaning Tower escaped unharmed. There’ll be some free time to admire the exterior of the campanile, better known as the Leaning Tower and enjoy some coffee or browse for souvenirs in Pisa before returning to your ship. Note: This tour is ideal for guests that have difficulty with the extensive amount of walking involved in all other tours that visit this legendary city. Enjoy a relaxing 30 minute scenic ride through the lush Tuscan countryside. You’ll arrive at the estate of one of the area’s renowned wine cellars. Once there, you’ll tour the winery and learn how these delicious wines are produced and view the cellars where the wines are aged to perfection. Admire the estate’s vineyards, where the Sangiovese grapes are grown. These are the principal grapes used in the production of Chianti. You’ll get to see the vineyards cultivation of red and white wines along with the olive trees that produce some of the area’s finest oils in the world. Taste a variety of the house wines accompanied by bread, olive oil, cheese and salami. You’ll be able to purchase your favorites to take back with you before returning to your ship. Note: Guests are recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes. The terrain is relatively leveled with possible cobblestone areas and 4-10 steps to negotiate. less

Begin your tour in the small town named Piedra de Moros, where you’ll visit the medicinal plants and herbs. Receive a brief explanation of their names and which diseases they can cure. Taste a refreshing tea of lemon herb and see the traditional way of making "tortillas" and bread. Learn the use of "Nopal" (Cactus) and sample all these traditional Mexican products. Your next stop will be Santa Maria, here you’ll visit its beautiful church that was built on the 17th Century. Visit local blacksmith's artisanal shop with more than a century old, and where nowadays working tools are made with recycled materials. Then, stop by a Rustic Mezcal Factory where the elaborated process of distillation of this traditional Oaxaca´s beverage will be shown as well as the different uses of the "Maguey" plant. If you want to explore these fascinating places on your own, we are pleased to provide a motorcoach transfer to Florence and Pisa, complete with an English-speaking escort. You’ll visit Pisa first, to avoid the heavy traffic backup entering Florence in the morning. Arriving in Pisa, your escort will walk you to the famous Miracle Square to enjoy some free time to take pictures of the Leaning Tower. Continue to Florence, where in the early afternoon, you’ll be dropped off at a central location in Florence and have approximately 3 1/2 hours to shop and explore the city at your leisure. Note: The photo stop in Pisa is not guided and you’ll have to walk from the bus parking area approximately 15 minutes each way.
