Celebrate the honor, valor and courage of the World War II US servicemen on this special tour. This nostalgic journey takes you to the two places that marked the beginning and the end of the war for the United States - Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri. At the site of Pearl Harbor, visit the Arizona Memorial where the remains of the USS Arizona lie silent beneath the waves. The 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor will unfold in detailed narrations and photos. From here you'll travel across the Ford Island Bridge to the historic USS Missouri battleship, nicknamed the 'Mighty Mo.' Explore the passages, rooms and corridors on a self-guided tour. Note: This tour is only available for guests with flights after 6:00 pm. Guests are responsible for ensuring their debarkation tours are compatible with their flight departure times. This tour does not necessarily drop off at all NCL program hotels, please check with the shore excursions staff onboard as to which hotel drop-offs are available. Guests have the option to book their flights through our Premium Air Department to ensure that flight departure times do not interfere with debark tours. Due to heightened security, absolutely no purses, backpacks, fanny packs or camera cases are allowed at Pearl Harbor. Cameras are permitted, but not camera cases. Snacks will be available for purchase. Participants must be able to safely climb a nearly vertical ladder if they wish to experience some areas of the USS Missouri. less

For the most convenient and cost efficient way to travel to Lahaina – a quaint town on the shores of west Maui – use this round-trip motorcoach service. You’ll ride in comfort for approximately 45 minutes each way, enjoying views of the spectacular west Maui mountains and the tranquil coastline. Your motorcoach will make two stops, at Hilo Hatties and at the flagpole next to the Lahaina Wharf. Dozens of boutiques, shops, restaurants, and historical sites will all be within easy walking distance from both locations. Note: Feel free to check onboard at the Shore Excursion Desk as some tours may also be combined with the ‘Lahaina on your Own’ tour allowing time in Lahaina with another tour. The return transfer back to the ship departs the meeting location at 3:00 pm. less

You'll also have time to browse at the Made-on-Maui Marketplace. Then it's on to the most well-known and beautiful valley gorge on the 'Valley Isle,' the Iao Valley. Your tour begins with a scenic short drive to Wailuku River State Park and Rainbow Falls. The 80-foot falls cascade into a circular pool at the base of the Wailuku River. Your adventure continues to the Akatsuka Orchid Gardens where you’ll visit one of the largest orchid collections on display in Hawaii. You’ll have a chance to purchase seedling souvenirs that have already been agriculturally inspected so you can take a little bit of Hawaii home with you. Then, take an approximately 60-minute drive to Volcanoes National Park, where 70 million years of volcanic history are on display. Here, you can admire the remarkable view of Kilauea Volcano, the earth's most active volcano. Trace the birth of the Hawaiian Islands when you visit the Jaggar Museum, where you'll view Halema`uma`u Fire Pit. You'll also have the opportunity to walk through the Thurston Lava Tube before a visit to Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Factory. Note: Please be advised that while at Volcanoes National Park, you may encounter natural sulfur gases which can affect those with respiratory problems and you won't see molten lava. Thurston Lava Tube is not wheelchair accessible due to uneven pathways and steps. An additional optional shopping stop may be provided. This scenic journey takes you through upcountry Maui to the top of the world's largest dormant volcano, Haleakala. At the summit is a vast crater measuring seven-and-a-half miles long by two and-a-half miles wide. This dormant volcano last erupted in 1790 and imparts a sense of awesome power by virtue of its size alone. Haleakala Crater is a natural wonder and is the highest point on Maui. The views from the top at over 10,000 feet above sea level are magnificent. On a clear day, you'll even enjoy views of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea. From the rim, you'll be able to appreciate firsthand the unique beauty of this massive crater with its interesting mix of volcanic rock and plant life, some of which, like the silversword plant, is found only in Hawaii's volcanic craters. Note: This tour is not recommended for guests with respiratory or heart problems. We recommend you bring a sweater as temperatures range between 40-65 degrees Fahrenheit at the crater's top. less

Your tour will take you through pineapple and sugar cane fields to the north side of the Island of Oahu. Here you’ll view the island's famous surfing beaches such as Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach and Banzai Pipeline before continuing on along beautiful coastline to the other side of the Ko’olau mountain range. You'll see shrimp farms, Chinaman's Hat, and then make a stop at the Mac Nut Farm. Finally you’ll have a 30 minute visit at Byodo Temple on your way back to the airport. At the underwater site, you'll transfer to the submarine to begin your undersea adventure. Atlantis submarines are the world's most technologically-advanced passenger submarines with spacious air-conditioned interiors, large view ports and comfortable seating so you can relax and enjoy Hawaii's sea life. In crystal-clear waters, the submarine will descend 100 feet underwater to explore 25 acres of coral reef gardens. The reef was formed on lava that flowed into the ocean 18,000 years ago.
