Only a short five-minute walk from the pier, the especially designed platforms at Cabo Dolphins allow small children the opportunity to enjoy a close-up, interactive experience with a bottle-nosed dolphin. After meeting with their experienced dolphin trainer, kids will get to know their dolphin through petting, hugging and receiving a big fishy kiss. Time on the shallow platform allows children the opportunity to learn about the anatomy of a dolphin and to experience how gentle, loving and caring these creatures are. Feeding time and singing along with the dolphin are part of the excitement and this 20-minute program is topped-off with a ride around the pools on an inflatable toy or with a fun belly ride. Parents may enjoy their children's unforgettable expressions from our observation deck close by. Treat your child to this once in a lifetime experience. Note: Participants must be from 4 to 9 years of age and accompanied by a parent or guardian who will sign the safety waiver. Once inside the specially-designed pools, join a small group and meet a bottlenose dolphin who will be yours for this magical experience. This program offers you an approximate 40-minute in water session with the opportunity to pet, play and swim with a dolphin while enjoying an educational program full of fun, excitement and unique activities. Get to know your dolphin as you enjoy a dolphin ride, dance with your dolphin and receive a big fishy kiss. Prepare to smile as professional photographers will be in the water with you to capture life-long memories of your unforgettable adventure. After your swim experience, take advantage of the exclusive lounge bar and restaurant, lined with a refreshing waterfall, shady palms and a delectable food and beverage menu (not included). The specially designed shallow platform allows you to get 'up close' to a dolphin during this 20-minute program. Meet your highly experienced trainer who will educate you about the dolphin’s anatomy and physiology. Dolphins will slide gracefully onto the platform and allow you to hug, pet and play with them while exploring their beautiful sleek bodies. Enjoy feeding and dancing with your dolphin and receive a big fishy kiss! This dolphin encounter program is perfect for all ages or non-swimmers. Note: Participants must be at least 3 years of age. Children 3-7 years of age must be accompanied by a participating adult. No infants allowed. Please inform the Shore Excursion staff if you have any infants taking the tour as they will need a ticket to check in at the facility. At the end of the Land’s End boat Tour (previously described), you’ll be escorted to a waiting vehicle for an approximately 15-minute non-guided drive through town to Sunset Da Giorgio’s restaurant. Its spectacular location atop the cliffs at the far end of the bay provides an unforgettable view of Land’s End, its famed arches and your ship, at anchor in the bay of Cabo San Lucas. There you’ll have ample time to enjoy a complimentary beverage, take pictures or just relax and enjoy the view. Continuous taxi shuttles will whisk you back to the pier for last-minute shopping on your own. less

Huatulco is known for its picturesque bays and sun-drenched Oaxacan coastline. Embark in a comfortable motorized catamaran-style vessel for a relaxing cruise from the harbor to Tangolunda Bay. View the area's natural beauty and surrounding resorts before passing by unusual rock formations at Organo Bay. Here, a stop will be made for swimming, relaxing time and some refreshments. Your cruise will continue to the tranquil Maguey and Chahue Bay's; then, proceed to Santa Cruz Bay, with its beautiful beaches and see the impressive blowhole located nearby. Your guide will provide informative commentary throughout your bay cruise. Note: Participants must be in good health. Swimming is recommended for guests of 250 Lbs. or less. Begin your tour with a view of the impressive military fort of San Felipe de Barajas, the greatest and strongest fortress ever built by the Spaniards in their colonies. This is an exceptional accomplishment of Spanish military engineering where construction began in 1656 and lasted for 121 years. At the Rafael Nuñez House, a horse carriage ride will take you through the narrow streets of the walled city where you’ll find Colonial houses and squares such as La Merced, Santo Domingo, Custom Square, San Pedro Claver, and the beautiful Baroque door of the Inquisition Palace at Bolivar Square. Visit the dungeons within the walled city ramparts which were built to store provisions for the troops and are now home to a high quality handicrafts market. This market offers a variety of brightly decorated cloths, woodwork and woven bags made by some of the indigenous people of Colombia. Note: Bring comfortable attire, hat and sun block. less

Take a panoramic tour of Cartagena. Begin with a photo stop of San Felipe de Barajas Fortress, originally built in the 17th century and considered the largest Spanish fort in the New World. Snap pictures of the ancient towering walls and main entrance. Then, drive by the Old City where your guide will point out historical facts about the Inquisition Palace, the Cathedral and its dome churches. Your next stop will be Las Bovedas, built in the late 18th century as dungeons and as a means of storage. Sightsee and shop in the many handcraft boutiques and stores. Continue your journey for a sightseeing tour of the modern residential area of Bocagrande, famous for its wide variety of hotels and restaurants. Here, you'll have the option to stay in the city, visit Pierino Gallo Mall, or return back to the ship on your own. Note: This is a panoramic tour with optional photo stops. Only collapsible/foldable wheelchairs are welcomed. Transportation does not have a lift and cannot accommodate scooters. See the best of Cartagena with a tour of the city accompanied by local guide experts. Your first stop will be a view of the imposing military fort of San Felipe de Barajas situated outside the walled city and considered to be the most outstanding feat of Spanish military engineering in the New World. You'll then continue to the historic Colonial city characterized by its walls which took 194 years to be completed. These immense walls enabled Cartagena to defend itself from the numerous attacks of English pirates and other invaders. You’ll be able to walk through Spanish Colonial architecture, some of the best preserved in South America with its imposing merchant’s houses, narrow streets, flower bedecked balconies, civic buildings and beautiful churches. The city is dotted with many squares and public spaces which are now home to sidewalk cafes and restaurants where locals and visitors relax and enjoy the magic of this city. Your next stop will be Bocagrande, which in contrast with the old city is modern with high rise apartment complexes, hotels and restaurants, a great place for visitors. You’ll then have a brief stop for shopping at the Pierino Gallo shopping center famous for its wide variety of jewelry shops. Note: There is a 30 minute continuous walk-in old town.
