See both the French & Dutch sides of St.Maarten from the deck of a luxury catamaran - it's a party with beach fun, sailing and snorkeling! We’ll make 2 distinct stops in 2 different parts of the island to make your impression about the friendly Island as full as possible! As you sail along the picturesque seashore framed by emerald hills, you'll see some St.Maarten's famous sights including Fort Amsterdam, Little Bay, Cay Bay, and Pelican Key. During the ride you can list to stories and interesting facts about St. Maarten. At the first stop, discover the underwater world and its inhabitants: sea turtles, starfish, octopus, angelfish, barracuda, sea urchins, stingray, snapper, and even dolphins! Just put the mask on and start looking! On the way to the next stop you'll have a chance to see another breathtaking St.Maarten sight – planes low-landing to Princess Juliana Airport. At the second stop you’ll spend time on one of St. Maarten’s best beaches! Take part in beach competitions, have fun trying our waterslide, swim in cool turquoise water or relax on smooth sugar sand. Tasty snacks and French baguette sandwiches as well as ice-cold beverages from our open bar will be offered to you during the whole excursion. On return sail, take part in a quiz with prizes, dance to Caribbean tunes and enjoy the warm sea breeze for a perfect ending to your day in this little paradise! Note: Wear swimsuit and bring a towel and sunscreen. Due to weather conditions snorkeling and beach stops may vary and be in a different order. Snorkeling visibility and presence of marine life cannot be guaranteed. Guests should consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether this tour is appropriate. From Cannes, you’ll drive to Monaco, where after leaving your coach, you'll be carried to the top of the rock by escalators and elevators. On the upper level, enjoy a guided walking tour passing by the Oceanographic Museum, the cathedral, and view the exterior of the Prince's palace. After a short period of free time, you’ll reboard your coach and reach Monte Carlo Square where you’ll enjoy some additional leisure time to take in the attractions of your choice around the Place du Casino. You may wish to stroll across the street to admire the Hotel de Paris, do a little window shopping around the corner, or even try your luck at the Casino de Monte Carlo or the Cafe de Paris Casino. Note: Casino de Monte Carlo opens its Salles Americaines (free admission) at noon, with slot machines only. Salles Publiques (entrance fee of 10 Euros in cash) is open at 12:00 noon for Roulette, 2:00 p.m. for slot machines. Visitors must be at least 18 years of age, show passport and driver’s license. Formal dress is not required to enter most of the casino, but smart dress is strongly encouraged; no shorts or flip-flops are allowed. There is a free-admission, American-style casino at the Cafe de Paris, which opens at 10:00 a.m. To reach Casino Square, there is an approximate 10 minute walk and 80 steps from the coach parking area. less

Barcelona’s favorable location, in perfect harmony with its immediate surroundings, together with its ease of access and varied climate, make it a starting point for discovering new landscapes and enjoying contact with nature. Your tour departs from the port passing through the main streets of Barcelona, to reach Catalunya Square, considered the heart of the city. From here, you’ll continue the panoramic drive along Passeig de Gracia, the best-known boulevard in town. Your guide will point out two of the masterpieces of Gaudi’s architecture: the Casa Mila and Casa Batllo; two of the best-known landmarks of the city. Reaching Diagonal Avenue your tour continues to Montserrat, a peculiar rocky mountain range which is the site of the monastery where people come to worship 'La Moreneta,' the black Madonna who is the patron-virgin of Catalonia. The Benedictine Monastery of Montserrat was founded in the 11th century and is located in a natural park 37 miles to the west of Barcelona. The Benedictine community, now numbering some 80 monks, has served the shrine for almost a thousand years. They are dedicated to a life of prayer, to working, and to welcoming pilgrims, making the site a place for dialogue, prayer and culture. Besides the monks, the Escolans also live in Montserrat who form the oldest boy’s choir in Europe. During your stay and visit to Montserrat, you’ll visit the sanctuary and have free time to take-in the activity of your choice. Spend extra time at the sanctuary, explore some more, take pictures, shop for that last minute souvenir, have lunch or grab a coffee at one of the restaurants and cafeterias on location. Once you finish the visit you’ll be driven to a Norwegian Cruise Line program hotel, Mont Blanc, Catalunya Square, or the airport. Note: This tour is available for guests with flights after 4:30pm, or that are staying at a hotel in Barcelona. less

Cross the stark lava fields of the Reykjanes Peninsula to the famed Blue Lagoon, one of the most popular and well known of Iceland’s Hot Spots. Soak up a little of the surreal, steamy atmosphere at this Icelandic Geothermal Spa. Enjoy a stroll in and around the Spa Complex before continuing through the fishing town of Hafnarfjordur. Here, you’ll pass the impressive, carved, wooden exterior of the Fjorukrain Viking Village. Take in a leisurely overview of Reykjavik before making a final stop at one of the City’s best known landmarks, the Pearl. Originally built for hot water storage in the 1930s, the Pearl now houses an elegant revolving restaurant, an interesting museum, cafeteria and small souvenir shop. A man-made "geyser" spouts a huge column of water through the building at conveniently spaced intervals. Visit the viewing platform where you’ll view the city’s colorful rooftops and beyond. The tour starts with and internal visit of the largest and most important amphitheater - the Colosseum. This imposing structure is 160 feet high and covers about 6 acres. It has four levels of seats and could hold 50,000 spectators who watched gladiatorial battles and other events. After visiting this magnificent structure with your guide, you’ll continue to the Roman Forum which was the political, economic and religious centre of ancient Rome. Walk through the ruins of various temples, tribunals and other buildings which were used for public and private business. From here, you’ll continue to see an iconic fountain of Rome - the Trevi Fountain. The high-baroque Fontana di Trevi was designed by Nicola Salvi in 1732 and today is one of Rome’s most spectacular fountains. Legend has it that you can ensure your return to Rome by tossing a coin in the fountain. After lunch in a typical Italian restaurant, you’ll proceed to St. Peter's Square and visit St. Peter's Basilica. You’ll have some free time to explore on your own before driving back to Civitavecchia and to your ship. Note: You’ll need to navigate through extensive walking over cobblestone streets, uneven terrain and negotiate some stairs on this tour. Guests who are planning to visit religious sites during free time or on tour, please dress appropriately; no bare shoulders or shorts are allowed. This excursion combines the charm of both old and new Mexico. Begin with a drive through the Marina Vallarta area and a stop at the small village’s local church. Continue to Hacienda Dona Engracia, one of the finest tequila factories in the area for a first-hand look at the manufacturing process of tequila and some free time to explore the grounds of this working hacienda. A short shopping stop will be made on the way into the center of Puerto Vallarta where you can walk along the popular Malecon, visit the Cathedral of our Lady of Guadalupe and see Old Town City Hall, while taking in fantastic views of the waterfront and the charm of the cobblestone streets. You may choose to stay in town on your own or return to your ship. Note: Short pants are not permitted in the cathedral. Tequila samples are only given to guests 21 and older. less

Begin with a scenic drive around the Upper Town of Tallinn. Pass by the old town wall from the 13th century, the Fat Margarete Tower and the main railway station. You’ll leave the coach at the Tall Hermann Tower for a short walk to the Palace Square. Visit the Russian St. Alexander Nevski Orthodox Cathedral (1900), displaying a lot of spectacular icons. Take a short walk to several panoramic viewpoints where you can enjoy the view over the Lower Town, harbors, marinas, commercial ports and even do some shopping.
Take a short drive to the Seaplane Harbour, an Estonian Maritime Museum. This unique museum displays some large exhibits, most of them housed in the seaplane hangars built in 1916-1917. Originally, a part of Peter the Great’s Naval Fortress, the Seaplane Harbour has lately been restored for the needs of the Estonian Maritime Museum. It exhibits the Lembit submarine, the Suur Toll steam icebreaker, Short Type 184 seaplane and other life-size items. This is a great experience for the entire family to see and do such as: the Yellow Submarine, an aquarium, games, a cafeteria, the harbor and many more. During your stay at this museum you’ll also have an opportunity to enjoy a coffee break at the cafe and to visit the museum shop. At the end of your tour, board your coach for a return ride to the pier.

During the journey, your guide provides a narrative on the area and Mayan culture. Once at Tulum, enjoy a guided tour of this walled city, its temples and buildings. Its cliff-top location gives the site a special atmosphere as well as great views. If you would like to get the best view of all Mazatlan, you’ll find it at this magnificent lighthouse, 515-feet (157 m) above sea level. This is the highest natural working lighthouse in the world and at night, light can be seen more than 30 miles out at sea. Your invigorating day starts when you board your transport for a five-minute ride to the foot of El Creston hill, where the lighthouse is located. Soon after, your challenging hike will take you up the winding path to the world’s highest natural lighthouse. If you are a nature’s lover, don’t miss this opportunity to see iguanas, tropical birds, butterflies and some exotic varieties of cactus and flowers along the way. Arriving at the top, your reward is the stunning view, which includes the Pacific Ocean, your ship by the harbor below and miles of Mexican coastline to the south and north. This is an ideal opportunity for bird watchers and nature lovers to spend a day in absolute relaxation. In the tropical atmosphere of the Mexican Pacific Coast, one mile south of Mazatlan, is where your boat is ready for an estuary run to admire the natural beauty of four miles of mangroves. From your boat, you’ll see your ship, the 104-year-old Pacifico Brewery, the Mexican Navy Base and the shrimp and tuna fishing fleets along the harbor. Enjoy your guided cruise down mangrove and palm tree-lined waterways in Mexico’s largest estuary/wetland system. Explore the private world of the Mexican brown pelican, blue heron, sea hawk, osprey and other exotic water fowl in this protected wildlife refuge, the best place for nature lovers. Disembark and board your transportation for a ride through a peaceful area where a variety of fruit trees are grown and through a coconut plantation on the way to a typical beachfront restaurant to enjoy a delightful fish lunch and have time for a swim or just relax. Rising behind Mazatlan is the Sierra Madre range of mountains, which separates the coastal area of Mexico from the interior. Rich in mineral wealth and extremely rugged, these mountains have become the subject of spectacular legends. Your exploration will carry you from historic Mazatlan to the Durango Highway, stopping at a brickyard where adobe bricks are handmade and fired, much as they have been for several centuries. A short drive along the foothills of the Sierra Madre will take you into Concordia where you’ll visit the 220-year old church and enjoy a refreshing drink at a typical small restaurant. Continue to the village of Copala, once a thriving Spanish gold mining town founded in 1565, where you’ll take a leisurely walk through the cobblestone streets. See Colonial houses, the jail and a spectacular church dating back to the early 18th century and enjoy a delightful lunch of Mexican food at a local restaurant. Visit a furniture factory and a potter’s home who produces roof tiles, jars, flowerpots and dishes typical of this region. Back at Mazatlan’s Golden Zone you'll have approximately 40 minutes of free time to browse and shop before the scenic drive back to your ship.
