Are we allowed to bring alcohol back on board when returning from the port?

Some ships allow up to 2 bottles per state room when returning to the ship from port.

We were on the Norwegian Jewel Japan to Taiwan cruise Oct 19 - 30, 2023 and bought 2 bottles of sake and a kitchen knife. All were taken by ship security and stored until the end of the cruise. They were returned to us when disembarking at the end of the cruise.

Is there laundry service or washing machines available

There are no self-service laundry facilities on any NCL ship. You can send items to the ship's laundry for a nominal fee, similar to a dry cleaner. They usually have a special mid-cruise. Check with your cabin attendant.

How much is the behind the scenes tour on Norwegian Dawn? Is it only offered on sea days?

We are not sailing until July 2025, but wanted in up to date idea. Also, anyone know the cost per person?

Is Norwegian Dawn 9002 part of the Haven?

There is no Haven on the Dawn but will have similar perks like a butler, private concierge, breakfast and lunch in specialty dining rooms (Moderno or Cagney’s), etc. However, there is no special lounge, restaurant, or outside area for suite guests.
