- Monitors and supports Norwegian Cruise Line casino operations with emphasis on slot, table games, cage and arcade equipment purchases and repairs. Recognizes technical problems and parts required from various weekly reports. Troubleshoots gaming equipment malfunctions via telephone to assist ship technicians; determines need for spare parts or new equipment.
- Coordinates the service and repair technicians' visits to the ships from various equipment manufacturers. Follows up on repairs, installations, ordered parts and related issues to ensure all devices return to full corrrect operation.
- Maintains inventory controls for slots, table games, cage and arcade parts both fleet wide and on shore. Reviews monthly inventory reports of stored items at warehouse locations for accuracy related to department budget. Conducts physical audits at warehouse location to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Places orders, maintains records and handles returned goods. Coordinates return of inaccurate shipments from the ships to the vendor. Reviews and codes invoices for accuracy and completeness. Coordinates the timely delivery of equipment to the ships.
- Produces weekly status reports detailing instances of faulty gaming devices, required repair standards and how issues are being addressed.
- Implements stock control system to integrate with Norwegian Cruise Line's purchasing system.
- Visits ships at local port and assists with repairs and inventory.
- Tracks operational expenses in regards to budget and revised business forecasts.
- Assists with special projects, including ship new-builds, as assigned.
