• Partners with advertising agency on developing media plans and programs for both traditional and new media/digital applications. Implements and manages execution of developed plans across multiple corporate and media channels.
  • Manages integration of media plans across other sales and marketing functions.
  • Coordinates with sales organization on evaluating and optimizing established marketing and media budget to benefit both the Marketing and Sales units.
  • Manages communications and strategy with third party advertising and media firms to develop added-value programs/sponsorship opportunities. Coordinates with agency and sales organization on development of a co-operative program for travel agent participation to optimize market reach and benefit agency revenue.
  • Establishes measurement processes to understand performance across channels and optimize media spend. Analyzes competitive spend on a local market and national level.
  • Works with agency to develop and manage annual advertising and promotion budgets.
  • Assists supervisor in developing and implementing both long- and short-term strategies. Works with supervisor to develop annual marketing business plans.
  • Performs all other job related functions as assigned.
