Excellent command of English sufficient to review and edit job descriptions.
Intermediate-level skill set of Microsoft Office Suite with special emphasis on Word and Excel. PeopleSoft or other relational database experience preferred.
Effective interpersonal skills to work with various members in the department. Organizational skills to help maintain and manage projects independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and the understanding of HR processes. Ability to handle priority changes in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of and ability to apply provisions of the FLSA and basic labor law practices.
Analytical skills and detail orientation required.
