This tour combines the SeaWorld Explorer tour with a one-hour city tour of Nassau. Take a scenic boat cruise past downtown Nassau and famous Paradise Island aboard a custom-built transfer boat. Arriving at the Sea Gardens Marine Park at Athol Island, board the SeaWorld Explorer, a modern underwater-viewing vessel from which you’ll have the chance to see a 70-year-old shipwreck and dozens of species of tropical fish like yellowtail snapper, sergeant majors and parrotfish swimming in a delicate colony of coral thousands of years in the making. After exploring this underwater world, board a minibus for a tour of Nassau. Travel to historic Bay Street in downtown, and Rawson Square - the traditional center of the Bahamian Government. Learn about the picturesque pastel buildings, erected in the early 1800s, which include the House of Parliament, the old Colonial Secretary’s Office and the Supreme Court. Your next stop will be Fort Fincastle and the Queen’s Staircase, sitting atop one of the highest points in Nassau. Also, drive past the Governor’s Mansion and see the impressive statue of Christopher Columbus. Note: Sequence of stops on land may vary due to traffic conditions on the day of the tour. An approximately 10 to 15-minute walk is required to board transportation for all Nassau tours.
