Gumbalimba Park & Pirate Cave

At Gumbalimba Park, witness the beauty of nature as you stroll though the nature trails. Interact with the parrots in the bird sanctuary or frolic with the monkey's at the monkey refuge. Explore the history of the pirates of the Caribbean inside Coxen's Cave, home of Captain John Coxen, and his stolen treasure, along with murals of the history of Honduras. Roam through the Botanical Garden and learn about the indigenous plants of the region. Note: Meal is available at the outdoor kitchen for an additional charge. The cave you will be visiting is not natural, but man-made.
