Indulge in the sights and sounds that are distinctly the Samana Peninsula. Enjoy expert narration from your friendly guide as he or she points out areas of interest en route to your first stop, La Churcha. Here you'll have an outside panoramic view and time to take photos. This interesting church, circa 1860, was brought from England and reassembled piece by piece in Samana. Your next stop will be the small Whale Museum, where you'll discover a few of the mysteries of the humpback whales. These magnificent creatures have made an annual pilgrimage to the waters off the Samana Peninsula for many centuries.
