You'll descend a set of stairs into the beautiful Caribbean Sea on a submerged platform in waist-deep water, and have the chance to interact with the dolphins, including the swim-by and a kiss for a wonderful photo opportunity. The fast swim allows the dolphin to demonstrate their incredible speed and power, and you'll see several other behaviors designed to educate and fascinate you as you share an approximately 30-minute visit with these beautiful marine mammals. After the encounter, you'll be able to view the photos and video that was taken during the program. Note: Participants must be at least 4 years of age. Participants enter the water and stand on a submerged platform (a 4 foot depth) while the dolphin interacts at the commands of the trainers. Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel. Your boat will take you across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to Norman Island where you’ll snorkel The Caves or The Indians. You are guaranteed to see beautiful corals and sponges, plentiful fish, and perhaps a turtle or ray will swim by and visit. After your snorkel, we step ashore on Norman Island. Snorkel on a smaller nearby reef, wander ashore and explore the beach or hunt for treasure. Cooper Island, Chromis Reef is another popular site and often more conducive to snorkeling when sea conditions are not ideal. At Chromis Reef you can expect to see hundreds of fish, hard & soft corals, lobster, barracuda and maybe even a nurse shark! Access to the sites is right off the boat and snorkel lessons are available for beginners. Note: Participants must be good swimmers. Due to weather conditions, the snorkeling site may be changed.
