Tiered Reward Program

There are four exciting status levels of the Casinos At Sea program:

YOU’RE LUCKY. No minimum points.	YOU’RE HOT. Earn 5001 reward points in the calendar year, (The evaluation period is April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013) and you’ll achieve HOT status valid for 12 month of earnings, and will receive even more perks and rewards.	YOU’RE GOLDEN. Earn 15,001 reward points in the calendar year, (The evaluation period is April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013) and you’ll achieve GOLDEN status valid for 12 months of earnings, and will receive more rewards, and benefits.	YOU’RE VIP. Earn 35,001 reward points in the calendar year, (The evaluation period is April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013) and you’ll achieve VIP status valid for 12 months of earnings, and will receive more points, prestige and privilege than ever before.

It’s easy, just do all the things you love to do when you’re a guest at one of our Norwegian Cruise Line Casinos At Sea.

Earn Reward Points towards restaurant meals, chefs table, show tickets, spa services, nightclub drinks, shop purchases, suite rates, and folio charges (such as in-room dining, movies, and Internet) when you charge any purchases.

Slot Reward Points: Earned on qualifying slot and video poker play only. For every 1,000 Slot Reward Points earned, you can redeem for free play.

Table Reward Points: Earned based on average bet, time, and game.

Based on your play, your Casinos At Sea status level may be upgraded from Lucky to Hot, Golden, and VIP for even more casino offers.

Tier elevations are based on reward points earned within 12 months, and are valid for 18 months from date of earning.

HOW CAN A PLAYER JOIN CASINOS AT SEA PLAYERS CLUB?

It is free to join our Casinos At Sea Players Club. Just sign up at the Host Services Desk in the casino. Must be 18 years of age or older to join.

HOW DOES A PLAYER EARN REWARD POINTS?

It is easy. Use your Players Club Card while playing your favorite slot machines and table games, and quickly accumulate reward points. The more you play, the more you get. Select table games and slot machines will not offer points.

HOW DOES A PLAYER EARN SLOT REWARD POINTS?

HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO MY CASINOS AT SEA ACCOUNT?

You gain access to your Casinos At Sea account right at your slot machine.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY POINTS?

You may download your points for play right at your slot machine. (Available on Epic, Breakaway, Getaway). All other ships the player may go to the Host Services Desk for Assistance. When you earn points for credits, they’ll automatically be accumulated onto your players club card when you are done playing. Use them on your next favorite machine!

HOW DOES A PLAYER EARN A HOUSE DRINK CARD?

Earn 1500 Points to be awarded a drink card for all sailings 5 days or greater
Earn 750 Points to be awarded a drink card for all sailings 4 days or less
*Points transferred between ships are not included to reach the minimum criteria for each cruise length

HOW DOES A PLAYER REDEEM POINTS?

Earn a minimum of 2500 Points and redeem the credit towards charges on your final folio bill for all ships with sailings 5 days or greater.
Earn a minimum of 1000 Points and redeem the credit towards charges on your final folio bill for all ships with sailings 4 days or less.
Players need to request redemption. The Freestyle Daily announces when to redeem, which is usually the last day of the cruise.

HOW CAN I GAMBLE MY REWARD POINTS?

For every 1,000 Slot Reward Points earned on sailings 5 days or greater, you may redeem for $10 in slot play.
For every 500 Slot Reward Points earned on sailings 4 days or less, you may redeem for $5 in slot play.

CAN PLAYERS SHARE ACCOUNTS TO POOL POINTS?

Yes, related players in the same stateroom can share accounts to redeem towards their final bill. However, they cannot share accounts to earn points towards a drink card, pool points for gaming or to move up to the next tier level.
If two unrelated players share a stateroom, they can use their points collectively, towards the final bill.

CAN POINTS BE TRANSFERRED FROM SHIP TO SHIP?

Yes, but points transferred may not be used towards points earned for a drink card on the players current cruise. Transferred points do not add to tier level.

HOW DO THE TIER ELEVATIONS WORK?

Tier elevations are based on reward points earned within 12 months. The evaluation period is April 1 – March 31.
