The biggest compliment we can receive is someone choosing to cruise with us again. And the more you cruise with us, the more rewarding it gets. We reward your loyalty with special pricing, valuable rewards, priority service, exclusive offers and fun contests. The Latitudes program is divided into four tiers, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum with benefits commensurate with your tier level. Click on the Membership Levels and Benefits tab to learn more.
How to Become a Member?
Once you complete your first NCL cruise, you receive complimentary enrollment into NCL's Latitudes program. We make it very easy for our valued guests.
Revisions to the Latitudes Program
We've made some improvements to our Latitudes program. If you have sailed recently and graduated a Latitudes tier you've probably received one of our post-cruise Thank-You Notes with corresponding on-board credit. For more details please click on the Terms & Conditions tab.

NCL's Latitudes Program is all about the gratitude. Our gratitude for your loyalty. That's why we offer latitudes members added benefits that just keep getting better every time you cruise with us. So get with the program and we'll be sure to thank you later - over and over again.
To become a Latitudes member you must have taken at least one full tariff cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line since 1995 when the Latitudes program began. Cruises taken while traveling on a travel agent, interline or family & friends as well as cruises taken while using a cruise credit certificate do not count towards your Latitudes membership level. On-board latitudes benefits are provided on cruises 5-days or more. Early disembarkation is only available to U.S. citizens and benefits vary for international guests.

Latitudes Terms & Conditions
To qualify as a Latitudes member, you must have taken at least one full tariff cruise with NCL since January 1, 1995. Cruises eligible to qualify you as a Latitudes member exclude all reduced fare cruises (e.g. employee rates, interline, friends /family rates, vendor rates, or cruises taken via cruise credit certificate). Your membership level in the Latitudes program is based on the number of eligible cruises taken by you. Any benefits for which you are eligible as a member of the Latitudes Program, will be only be available to you, are not transferable and will only be available on NCL sailings which are 5 nights or longer. NCL reserves the right to determine which benefits will be delivered to NCL passengers on designated NCL ships. Not all benefits offered through the Latitudes Program will be made available on all NCL ships. NCL shall not be liable for refunds or for damages resulting from failure to deliver such services on NCL ships. All questions or disputes regarding the eligibility for the NCL program or provision of benefits will be resolved by NCL at its sole discretion. NCL has the right to terminate at NCL's sole discretion the membership of any individual in the Latitudes Program who appears to be utilizing the Latitudes Program in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions.
For children under the age of 18, cruises will be counted but not recognized until they turn 18.
Guests have one year from the time of graduating a tier to submit replacement kit requests. Kits are mailed to US guests only.
On-Board Credit
Offers are for new bookings only. Beginning January 24, 2010, based upon your membership level in the Latitudes Program, you will receive one of our post-cruise Thank-You Notes with corresponding on-board credit when you graduate a Latitudes tier. The coupon is valid for 6 (six) months after completion of the cruise and can not be extended. Only 1 (one) onboard credit Latitude coupon can be redeemed per reservation. To take advantage of this offer and ensure receipt of Latitudes benefits on board, please provide Latitudes membership number at time of booking. Offer applies to Latitude members only upon qualifying for next highest tier (Bronze achieved after 1st completed cruise; Silver after 5th completed cruise; Gold after 9th completed cruise; Platinum after 14th completed cruise). Onboard credit offer in U.S. Dollars, per stateroom, based on cruise length and Latitudes program tiers. Onboard Credit may be spent for ANY onboard purchases. Onboard credit must be used or the remaining balance will be forfeited. Offer may be used by individuals, participants in qualified group bookings, by single guests and for use with third and fourth guest bookings. Singles paying 200% are entitled to full onboard credit value, except for Category TS/T1. Singles in Category TS/T1 receive 50% of full onboard credit value per stateroom. Onboard service charges are additional and will be automatically added to guest onboard account. Offer does not have monetary value and is non- transferable. 1-2 Day sailings are excluded. Offer excludes NCL Reduced Rate programs (e.g. casino, employee rates, interline, friends /family rates, vendor rates, or cruises taken via cruise credit certificate) and charters. Combinability with other offers is subject to change or cancellation at any time per NCL discretion. Cancellation fees will follow NCL schedule listed in the brochure and on website. NCL strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Protection on all bookings. Other restrictions may apply. In case of cancellation, onboard credit will be added back to the guest account. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective immediately, NCL is suspending the company's fuel supplement for all voyages departing at this time. The Company reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all guests should the price of light sweet crude oil according to the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index) increase above $65 per barrel. NCL may collect any fuel supplement charge in effect at the time of sailing, even if the cruise fare has been paid in full. All questions or disputes regarding the eligibility for the NCL program will be resolved by NCL at its sole discretion NCL is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. ©2010 NCL Corporation, Ltd. Dinner at Le Bistro
As a Platinum Member in the Latitudes Program, you and a guest will be eligible to receive a complimentary dinner at Le Bistro. The complimentary dinner may be redeemed on participating NCL ships and is subject to availability. If interested in receiving the complimentary dinner at Le Bistro, it is recommended that you make a reservation at Le Bistro on the first day of your cruise.
Gold & Platinum Laundry
For bulk bag laundry service, which is subject to availability, Gold members receive 25% off retail price of bulk bag laundry service. Discount will be reflected on final bill which will be issued at the end of your Cruise. Platinum members receive complimentary bulk bag laundry service which provides each Platinum member with 1 bag of bulk bag laundry service per member, at no cost. Any additional bulk bag laundry service requested will be provided to Platinum members at 25% off retail price of the bulk bag laundry service. Any requests by Gold or Platinum members for bulk bag laundry services must be made pursuant to the terms of the promotion guidelines. To resolve any billing discrepancies, guest must visit the Latitudes representative.
NCL shall in no way be held responsible for the occurrence of any of the following through the use of the bulk bag laundry service:
- NCL is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.
- NCL is not responsible for lost articles of clothing unless proven that NCL was responsible for the loss.
- NCL is not responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" and is not responsible for checking for these labels in Platinum Member's garments.
- NCL is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else.
- NCL reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
- NCL does not guarantee removal of all stains.
Platinum Behind-the-Scenes tour
All Platinum members are able to join NCL on a complimentary Behind-the-Scenes Tour of an NCL Ship. Behind-the Scenes Tours are available only on NCL cruises which are 5 nights or longer. NCL reserves the right to cancel these tours (e.g. due to security concerns). In the event of cancellation, a notification will be sent. The Behind-Scenes-Tour is available only to Platinum Members at no cost. Any guest wishing to accompany a Platinum Member on the Behind-the-Scenes Tour will need to purchase the tour. NCL reserves the right to remove any Platinum Member from the Behind-the Scenes Tour should such Platinum Member behave in a manner which NCL deems disruptive. Platinum Members and Guests may be restricted as to the access they will be provided on the Behind-the Scenes Tours subject to Ships Policies and Procedures.
As a Latitudes member, you are responsible for ensuring that any cruises taken have been properly credited to your account. If you believe that a cruise has not been properly credited, you may be required to submit documentation or other proof satisfactory to NCL, which may include copies of ticket coupons, boarding passes, and/or receipts. Any claim for uncredited cruises must be received by NCL within 12 months after cruise was taken.
If NCL improperly denies you any credits towards cruises taken or other benefits, your only exclusive remedy will be the issuance of the improperly denied benefit if available, or such other alternative comparable benefit as determined by NCL, which shall have no additional liability whatsoever. In no event shall NCL be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of NCL's acts or omissions in connection with the Latitudes Program.
The Latitudes Program is an individual-oriented program. Your cruise summaries, special promotion materials will be sent to the address or email address, you provide.
You are responsible for advising the Latitudes Program of address changes. NCL shall have no liability for misdirected mail or the consequences thereof.
You are responsible for reading the Latitudes Program Terms and Conditions to understand your rights and status under the Latitudes Program. NCL has the right the right to terminate the Latitudes Program or amend the terms and conditions of the Latitudes Program at any time without notice.
