Tropical Weather Notice - Updated August 18, 2008 3:00 pm EST

Miami   -    Aug 18, 2008   ---

Norwegian Cruise Line is closely monitoring the path of Tropical Storm Fay as the safety and security of our guests and crew is of the utmost importance.

Because of the current expected path of Tropical Storm Fay, Norwegian Sky will depart Miami today at 3:00 p.m. EST, two hours earlier than scheduled. Embarkation will begin at 11:00 a.m. and all guests must be on board by 2:00 p.m. EST.

In order to deliver the best guest experience in the Bahamas, Norwegian Sky's itinerary has been altered slightly. The ship will now call Nassau on Tuesday and Grand Bahama Island on Wednesday.

In addition, the United States Coast Guard has closed Port Canaveral to ship traffic on Tuesday; therefore Norwegian Spirit, currently on a six-day Bahamas & Florida sailing, will proceed directly to Nassau, Bahamas and arrive at 8 am on Wednesday.

NCL will continue to closely monitor the weather conditions and will update this information as necessary. We thank our guests for their cooperation and understanding.
