Agency Registration

Thank you very much for your interest in doing business with Norwegian Cruise Line.

In order to set up your agency to make NCL bookings and receive commission, please fax or email the following items:

  1. Letter on agency letterhead showing business name, address and phone number, signed by the agency owner or manager (no PO boxes, please)
  2. Copy of Seller of Travel Certificate for states that require them
  3. Copy of ARC/IATA/TRUE appointment letter OR copy of CLIA Certificate OR if a US agency: copy of the agency Business License indicating travel as the principal business; if a Canadian agency: TICO license or GST
  4. Incorporation letter, if applicable
  5. Letter from Consortium, if applicable - This letter must come from the organization, NOT your agency
  6. US Agencies - completed W9 form please complete all information on the IRS W-9 form EXACTLY as reported to the IRS, signed by the agency owner or manager.

Upon receipt of the above, we will activate your agency and add the beginning commission level to your agency's record. You'll then be ready to begin booking.
