Description:

The Executive Host will work closely alongside the Casino Management team analyzing and planning strategic promotions and events with a combined goal of increasing and maximizing marketing revenues.

Education:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Some college related education preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of five years Casino Marketing and or Casino operations experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of general sales experience. Cold calling and canvassing preferred.
  • Position requires professional and personable approach to all guests.
  • Fluent in English Language; Speak, Read, Write

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the accurate implementation of operating promotional slot, Black Jack & TX Hold-Em tournaments.
  • Responsible for maintaining and surpassing promotional sales quotas.
  • Ensures the smooth running of the Casino Marketing dept onboard through proper communication channels with onboard and shore side delegates.
  • Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of the cruise news copy and audio announcements.
  • May assist a secondary Host onboard in maintaining the Casino At Sea player program and introducing the program to new players.
  • Makes sure sufficient inventory levels are being maintained and reviews this on a week and month end basis.
