Join us for a journey full of the sights and flavors of Beautiful Grand Cayman! Climb aboard your air-conditioned bus and you’re off to The Cayman Islands Brewery to see how the only locally brewed beer on the island (Caybrew) is made and bottled. See the brewing process from start to finish and of course there’ll be time at the end for a free sample! Then it’s time to board the bus to pass through downtown Georgetown on your way to The Rum Cake Factory. You will pass by several of our most famous landmarks: Fort George, The Legislative Assembly Building, Heroes Square, The Peace Memorial and many of the numerous banks Grand Cayman is famous for. After sampling Cayman’s world famous Rum Cake it’s time to take a trip to the brewing facilities of Seven Fathom’s Rum to see the unique brewing process of Grand Cayman’s first and only Rum distillery. During the guided tour you will see a brief informative video of the history of Cayman rum and culture and of course have a taste of our award winning Seven Fathom’s Rum! After the rum tasting, you are on your own to enjoy the ocean view, have lunch at the restaurant (not included) or take advantage of the water sports onsite. When you are ready to return to the ship, it’s just a short walk back to the downtown piers. Note: Guests are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen and bring their cameras. Moderate walking is involved to fully enjoy all sites. The brewery is 2 stories with steps; no ramps or elevators. There is an approx. 100 yard walk from the pier to the bus. Join us for a fun-filled hour of snorkeling at The EX USS Kittiwake Wreck Site, the Cayman Islands newest shipwreck snorkel site. The snorkel site is in the Kittiwake Marine park, where all guests will receive a commemorative wrist band of the USS Kittiwake - a 251 ft. submarine rescue vessel, which sunk in 56 feet of water. The Kittiwake sits upright with her top deck only 4 feet from the surface. This wreck is a brand new attraction to Grand Cayman and is expected to be around for at least 50 years, due to her double hull structure and some 1800 tons. It is also a great site to see moray eels, lobsters and sea turtles. After the snorkel you will be transferred to Tiki Beach where you can enjoy the facilities including lounge chair and welcome rum or fruit punch. Rest rooms, changing rooms and fresh water showers are available for your use. For those who prefer a more active day…. kayaks, jet skis, parasailing, snorkel equipment and beach floats are available for rent at the water sports center. A full bar service and a la carte restaurant are also available at additional cost. Note: Participants under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult. less

Visit the most tangible piece of Caymanian heritage by interacting with marine turtles, learning about the conservation efforts and how the turtle is such an integral part of Caymanian lifestyle. Open since 1968, the historic Cayman Turtle Farm, the only one of its kind in the world, is home to over 8,000 green sea turtles ranging in size from hatchlings to 600 pounds each. Passing through the Reception building, guests are immediately able to see the larger turtles in the impressive Breeding Pond. The exhibit is viewed against a heavily landscaped background of lush vegetation and palm trees. Veering to the right, guests can stop and actually handle young turtles in the easily accessible display tanks; a feature sure to be a big hit with all visitors and an amazing and unique photo opportunity. One can also enjoy the wild of the deep blue Caribbean Sea here in our own back yard at the 1.3 million gallon saltwater Turtle Lagoon. Swim and interact with the yearling turtles then come nose-to-nose with sharks and other exotic fish as you peer through the underwater viewing panel of our Predator Tank. Then relax and enjoy a carefree day in the freshwater Breaker’s Lagoon. If you get hungry, the Schooners Bar and Grill is nearby so you can purchase and try mouthwatering local cuisines. For those wanting to take a little of the Cayman Turtle Farm home, stop in and visit our 3,500 square foot Gift Shop "Splash" located in the Reception building featuring Cayman Turtle Farm memorabilia with a range of souvenirs to suit all tastes and budgets. less

Enjoy a “get out there” experience as you set out on your Cayman adventure in a 4 x 4 Jeep Wrangler. After a brief orientation, you’ll travel caravan style, passing through the hotel district of Seven Mile Beach, drive by the Governor’s Mansion and stop at Morgan’s Harbor to see the beautiful North Sound. You’ll proceed to Barkers National Park, too see the natural mangroves and enjoy a bit of the off the road experience. You might even see a Blue Cayman Iguana! No trip is complete without a visit to the Rum Cake Factory for a taste of the infamous cake.
After passing the Cayman Island Turtle Farm, you’re off to "Hell" to see the natural wonder of the limestone foundation and getting a kick out of sending a post card from "Hell". Back at the Tiki Beach Resort you’ll have approximately one and a half hours to enjoy a Barbeque lunch, a swim or snorkel in the azure waters off Seven Mile Beach. Parasailing, Kayaks and Wave Runners are available at an additional cost. Guests will be transported back to the pier via air-conditioned bus.
Note: Participants who wish to drive must be at least 25 years of age and present a valid driver’s license. Vehicles accommodate up to four participants and you may be paired up with others. less

Your adventure begins as your guide meets you at the pier and directs you to your awaiting trolley. Then it's time to sit back, relax and enjoy a leisurely ride through George Town as your expert guide relates the entertaining history of the island and its colorful past. This unique open-air trolley will take you past many of the 600 banks, the oldest buildings in Grand Cayman, the central park area and the statue of the island's very own national hero, 'Mr. Jim' Bodden. The tour will also take you to the beautiful residential area of South Sound. You’ll hear the entertaining and interesting history of the islands and some of its residents, such as Sir Francis Drake and Blackbeard. After a short stop at the Cayman Islanders' favorite beach, Smiths Cove, the journey continues along the scenic coastal road towards 'Hog Sty Bay'.
