Can you bring tattoo machine/needles/ink on ship?
We’re in a wedding party and the groom would like his artist buddy to tattoo his ring on. TSA allows tattoo machines, needles and ink, but I can’t find whether Norwegian does! Does anyone know if those items are allowed or whether they need to be in checked or carry-on baggage?

Our NCL cruise will be in the tropics and in Canada. One of our cruise ports is our home city. We want to go home and exchange our warm weather cloths for something more suitable to cooler weather. Would there be a problem with taking luggage off and returning to our ship?
