Where possible, you will pause for photos. A multi-course lunch follows at the waterfront restaurant Palisade, which overlooks Elliott Bay Marina. It is only natural that seafood will be top of mind and the menu will reflect the bounty of the sea. You might start with a bowl of clam chowder, select locally caught salmon or crab for the entrée and finish with a chocolate torte covered with fruit coulis sauce.
