Enjoy the thrill of a 12-line canopy adventure with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea! Your day of adventure begins at the pier when you’re greeted by your friendly guide. Board your air-conditioned transfer for a 25 minute drive through towns and villages on the island. Your guide will share with you important information about the culture, nature and people of Roatan.
Upon arrival to the South Shore Canopy site, you’ll be geared up with safety equipment, receive a safety briefing and then have your first photo opportunity. Once everyone is geared up and familiar with the safety regulations, you’re ready for your adventure. Cruise through the spectacular Tongass Narrows in a Zodiac boat and take in the extraordinary coastal scenery with the chance of seeing iconic Alaskan wildlife. Upon boarding the two-person kayak, you will head out into the crystal-clear water and enjoy a unique perspective of the coastline and the wonders below through the kayak’s clear bottom. Feel free to paddle along at your own pace, taking in the sights that interest you the most.

Your boat will take you across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to Norman Island where you’ll snorkel The Caves or The Indians. You are guaranteed to see beautiful corals and sponges, plentiful fish, and perhaps a turtle or ray will swim by and visit. After your snorkel, step ashore on to Norman Island. Snorkel on a smaller nearby reef, wander ashore and explore the beach or hunt for treasure. Cooper Island, Chromis Reef is another popular site and often more conducive to snorkeling when sea conditions are not ideal. This completely undeveloped wilderness sprawls across more than two million acres in the Tongass National Forest, America’s largest national forest. On this two tank dive you’ll travel through deep submarine canyons just off San Lucas Bay and marvel at the rich marine environment on this adventure. Diving locations are just off the rocky shore and feature large boulders and pinnacles; the rocky walls attract schools of fish such as snapper and goatfish. The ledges are covered with marine invertebrates, starfish, nudibranchs and urchins. Keep an eye out for King and Cortez angelfish, Moorish idols and guinea fowl puffers.

Explore Costa Rica’s indigenous flora and fauna on an enlightening walk through Cahuita National Park and then kayak along the beach-rimmed coast nearby. The Seahawk is another name for the Osprey bird of prey - and this one is our star attraction: 2,975 feet of open air, over the water ziplining fun! With a starting height of over 110 feet - don't worry, you'll take an elevator to get to the top; the 1,429-foot zip provides awesome views of the beach, reefs and surrounding islands help to distract the thought of launching yourself over the edge into the wild blue yonder.
Once you launch, open your eyes! Take in the blue hues of the Bahamian waters and watch for the marine life as you zip over coral reefs descending lower and lower finally landing adjacent to the Silver Cove lagoon.
The return is a includes a 105-foot V-net bridge, a 25-foot chimney climb and for those with the mental and physical stamina try your hand at the 36-foot cargo net climb stationed 40 feet above the ground. The Osprey traverse gets its name from the bird of prey that is commonly seen perched on our decks and consist of 3 easy flights. The first flight south is the shortest traverse at 185 feet; it is also the tallest at 120 feet above the ground. We said it was easy, we didn’t say it wouldn’t be scary!
Start the second flight by be stepping off the platform 75-feet above the ground to soar some 850 feet to next landing perched just 75 feet above the ground.
Ascending a series of stairs takes you up to your launching pad for the final 900-foot zip to ground level back to where it all started.

Cruise remarkably close to Hubbard Glacier for the ultimate look at this huge river of ice that has the distinction of being North America’s largest tidewater glacier. After boarding the boat directly from the cruise ship in the mouth of Disenchantment Bay, you will settle into the heated cabin with large windows that provide excellent viewing. The vessel also features a shallow draft, allowing it to easily cruise around the icebergs near the face of the glacier, which is hundreds of feet high above the waterline. Hubbard Glacier is nicknamed the Galloping Glacier because at times it advances several feet a day. Few natural sights are quite so spectacular as when large chunks of ice calve – or break off – from the glacier with a thundering roar. You’ll drive on a paved road along the coastline to the southern tip of Cozumel, passing the breathtaking blues of the Caribbean and the vivid greens of the tropical jungle.
You’ll snorkel Cozumel’s crystal clear waters during this off shore beginner’s experience your whole family can enjoy. PADI certified guides will provide you with snorkeling gear, safety tips and instruction before leading you out to see the colorful tropical fish and marine life. This adventure tour takes place in the Guacalillo Estuary on the Tárcoles River that forms the northern border of the Carara Biological Reserve. It’s home to one of the world’s largest crocodile populations in the world with individuals up to 20 feet long that can live up to 60 years. In addition to the crocodiles, over 50 different bird species might be seen on site. This estuary is famous for its mangrove forests and is one of the nesting sites of the very rare scarlet macaw and a great variety of resident and migrant waterfowl, iguanas and Jesus Christ lizards. Your adventure begins with a confortable motor coach ride one on coastal and countryside roads, passing small towns en route to the premises of the Jungle Crocodile Safari created by the veterinarian Mr. Mario Orjuela in 1993. Using catamaran-style boats, cruise the Tárcoles River for a bit over an hour you’ll be able to observe these wild animals from a safe distance. A delicious tropical fruit serving will be waiting for you at your return with tropical fruit drinks and coffee. Ample time for purchasing crafts made by local artisans will be given.

Hike through the rainforest that blankets America’s largest national forest and toast your accomplishment with a beer at a local pub. It won’t take long to reach the trailhead, yet the setting is still remote and teeming with wildlife. As you follow the challenging two-mile route, the only sounds will be those of nature until the guide pauses to comment on the indigenous flora and fauna. There will be plenty to discuss as the trail meanders through giant cedar, hemlock and spruce trees with an understory that includes a plethora of berry bushes. Although there is no telling what types of wildlife you may encounter, the three viewing platforms along the trail provide the best opportunities to observe black bears feasting on ripe berries. Following this invigorating hike, you will stop at a pub that locals often frequent and quench your thirst with a cold beer or a different beverage if you prefer.

Discover the Hawaii that British explorer Captain James Cook knew when he arrived in 1778, much of it in the shadow of Mauna Loa volcano. While touring the appropriately named Bay View Farm, which offers a beautiful view of Kealakekua Bay, you will see how the farm grows, harvests, and roasts Kona coffee beans. A sampling will confirm why the coffee that flourishes in the rich volcanic soil is so revered. Nearby stands Pu’uhonua, a spiritual site where criminals once sought refuge and absolution from Hawaiian priests. While browsing the grounds, you will see temple platforms and the remains of other structures that were intact in Captain Cook’s time. A high-speed Zodiac-style raft will bring you to an obelisk marking the spot where Cook was killed following a dispute with the Hawaiians that lived on the bay. Settle in for a scenic drive into the countryside and on to the pedestrian-only Skodje bridges, where you can walk about and enjoy a closer look at the natural wonders. Once you leave Ålesund, the views will become considerably more rural as the surrounding landscape is sparsely populated and undeveloped. The majority of the route will be coastal and occasionally pass through little villages such as Magerholm, which overlooks the lengthy waterway Storfjord. Once you reach the Skodje bridges, you will spend free time exploring on your own. Built with cobblestone in the early 1900s, they are no longer suitable for vehicular traffic, but ideal for walking. Both bridges offer spectacular views of the surrounding natural beauty. You will return to Ålesund following a different route that loops through the island of Ellingsøya. During the panoramic drive through town, you will see the prevailing Art Nouveau architecture and Ålesund Church, which is clad in Norwegian marble.

This walking tour introduces you to some of Naples’ best kept secrets, including castles dating back to the 13th century, an underground tunnel built by order of Ferdinand II of Bourbon and the most monumental square of the city. Leaving the port on foot, your first view of the city takes you back to the 13th century with the Castle Nuovo, a grim and gloomy fortress that served as the residence of the kings of Anjou, Aragon, and the Spanish Viceroys. After departing from the pier, you will settle in for an immensely scenic drive into the lush Guanacaste Province. Near the regional capital of Liberia, known as the “White City” for its white-washed colonial architecture, you will enter Ponderosa Adventure Park.
The sprawling wildlife park is home to hundreds of animals, all protected and many of them indigenous to Africa. It’s the ideal setting for an adventurous safari into the surrounding grassy savanna. Ride on the slopes of Haleakala by Bicycle. This tour picks up at the Kahului Harbor. We then stop at our bike tour base to watch Maui Bike industry’s only safety video. Guides will provide clients with an extensive history of Haleakala, its geology and an explanation of the rare plants and animals only found on Maui. This guided tour of the south end of Sitka is geared for those guests who want to see a part of Sitka that visitors rarely experience, get some exercise and enjoy the beautiful landscape and fresh air that Alaska has to offer. You’ll bike along the coastal road with breathtaking ocean vistas and stunning Silver Bay for about two miles. Upon arrival to the trail head, you’ll hike in the world's largest temperate rain forest.
Along the way, guides will share their knowledge of the flora and fauna as well as local history and culture with you. During your hike enjoy waterfalls, streams, and the beauty of the temperate rainforest. The pace of the hike is set by guests and typically one to two miles in length. Guests then return to their cycles for the 2 mile ride back to the bike center, where a shuttle will return them to the pier. All riders are required to wear a provided helmet. Learn about Kochi's customs and folk beliefs to pop culture with a day-long excursion to Kami City. Your journey begins with two experiences: Manga and the Folk belief "Izanagi-ryu". The Izanagi-ryu does not have a founder or religious sites like that of a shrine or temple, nor does it have an organizational structure like a religious sect or cult. At first, you can enjoy watching Izanagi-ryu Kagura is a ritual dance which has been transmitted in the Monobe region of Kami City since the past and holds high cultural value. After that everyone will experience of cutting the sacred pepper wands "gohei". Enjoy drawing demonstration and discussion with an active manga artist of Kochi. Those who wish can also have a drawing experience. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will head to the fluff factory, the last stop of the trip, to watch artisans make colorful "fluffs" that are traditionally given to a newborn son in hopes of a prosperous future.

Hike through the gorgeous tropical forest that serves as a backdrop to Magens Bay and power your own pedal boat through the turquoise waters that rim the crescent-shaped beach. As you walk along the heavily shaded natural path, you will enjoy glimpses of the beautiful bay below and pass the ruins of a former sugar plantation. The guide will describe the various forest ecosystems and whatever wildlife that you may spot. Birds are particularly prevalent and even if you don’t see them deep in the tree canopy, you will likely hear their mellifluous songs. Upon reaching the bay, you will ease into a pedal boat and power your way through the crystal-clear waters. Be sure to look for sea turtles and manta rays gracefully swimming by. Later, time will be allotted for you to relax on the beach, which may well be the most photogenic stretch of sand in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

You’ll journey to the ancient place of Mayan pilgrimage known today as Chacchoben, also known as "The Place of Red Corn". At the pier, you’ll be greeted by a bilingual guide who will direct you to an air-conditioned bus. Onboard the bus your guide will brief you on the interesting history and unique attributes of this sacred Mayan site. Upon arrival at Chacchoben you’ll be surrounded by jungle. Your guide will escort you through the ruins, giving you a complete explanation of the sacred temples and other structures seen there.
See original red paint on the stucco walls of one of the pyramids and the temple where a mural was found showing the astronomical positions of the planet Venus. You’ll have time to climb the Gran Basamento taking you above tree level. Here archaeologists found ceremonial offerings dating to around 1000 B.C. Your guide will also explain about the wildlife and medicinal plants that are used by the modern-day descendants of the ancient Mayan people.

Drive a Jeep through the jungle – or ride along as a passenger if you prefer – to an ecological park that offers all sorts of adventurous activities. You will pass through a tropical landscape that will only get lusher and more pristine as you approach to Punta Sur Eco Park. There, you can browse the ruins of a small Mayan temple and gaze down on crocodiles swimming in a lagoon from a lookout tower. An even more sweeping view awaits you from atop the Celarain lighthouse, which you can reach by climbing its 133 steps. At nearby Explora Beach, you will be free to enjoy the waterfront setting however you please. While you are welcome to do nothing more ambitious than basking in the sun, the sea is typically so inviting the allure of a refreshing swim is hard to resist. Snorkeling gear is available if you wish to observe the abundant wonders underwater.

Experience the beauty that surrounds Juneau with friendly, local guides. On the van ride to the departure point, hear about Juneau's history plus interesting information about the city. You'll be fitted with a disc brake bicycle, helmet, and water bottle and you’ll receive a safety briefing. Your first stop is by the Chapel-by-the-Lake, a lovely old log chapel with a spectacular view of Auke Lake and the Mendenhall Glacier in the background. Your ride continues to the west side of the Mendenhall Glacier, with a beach stop for a short break.
You’ll then proceed to the visitor area at the east side of Mendenhall Glacier. This portion of the ride includes a one mile trail ride through the rainforest. At the end of the ride, you'll have a chance to spend time admiring the glacier. The ride covers approximately 8.5 miles on a mostly flat road with some rolling hills. Next travel by van to Merchant’s Wharf, an old sea plane hangar in downtown Juneau and a landmark in aviation history for a taste of award winning beers from micro-breweries around Alaska.

Cruise through the Sea of Cortez on a double-deck catamaran and look for whales breaching the water’s surface. Along the way, you will pass El Arco – the iconic arch-shaped granite formation at the tip of the peninsula – where you will likely see sea lions along the rocky shore. Still, the star attractions are the whales that migrate to breed or give birth. More than a dozen species of whales frequent these waters, including humpbacks, blue whales and gray whales. It is always a breathtaking sight as one of these behemoths comes up for oxygen. Humpbacks are particularly mesmerizing to watch as they acrobatically breach the water’s surface, waving their flukes up and down as they dive. When blue whales surface to exhale, the spray from their blowholes can shoot as high as 30 feet into the air. As you observe these massive cetaceans, appetizers will be served and the bar will be open.

Your exciting day begins with a scenic narrated drive along the beautiful Hamakua coastline from the cruise ship pier to the rain forest at Botanical World Adventures.
Take an incredible journey by bike through an area of the Hamakua Coast once dominated by Hawai`i’s sugar industry. This adventurous tour makes its way through a segment of the Old Mamalahoa Highway where you are surrounded by green rolling pastures and lush botanical scenery. This once well traveled road takes us back in time as we make our way through old plantation villages, cross over bridges from the early 1900’s and become mesmerized by the abundance of greenery. View beautiful streams and waterfalls originating from the slopes of Mauna Kea as you cross over each bridge.
This ride engages all of our senses with the smells and sounds of the rainforest, the sights of the brightly colored tropical flowers, and the tastes of paradise. Within the botanical gardens you are surrounded with an entourage of foliage from all over the world, as there are fruits in the trees above you, orchids blossoming beside you, and a carpet of grass below you. Before you know it, you are on a treasure hunt to find all the seasonal jewels and gems this amazing botanical garden has to offer. The guides will then transport you by van to their private waterfall on the property for one last amazing photo opportunity!
The experience continues as you journey back to the pier with a stop at Low Store, a family owned treasure since 1925 where you can purchase tropical smoothies and Hawaiian shaved ice. Fly high above the Alaskan wilderness in a helicopter and then cruise to Taku Glacier and walk across its ancient frozen surface. Few outdoor adventures offer such diverse opportunities and spectacular panoramic views. Moments after boarding the helicopter, you will soar above the Tongass National Forest, America’s largest national forest. You will pass over the Juneau Ice Field, Gastineau Channel, and the Taku River on the way to Taku Point, where you will touch down. You will then board a covered airboat and cruise several miles up the river to the Taku Glacier, where you will behold its sheer face from a unique water perspective. The airboat Captain will help you board the covered airboat as you cruise the 5-mile terminus of the only advancing glacier of the Juneau Ice Field. You’ll come within arm’s reach of the ice, and you’ll understand the immense size of this glacier as you stare up at it from the river. The captain will stop in various locations for photos, and to talk about the glacier and the river basin that it has been carved by nature over the years. Back at Taku Point, you’ll again board the helicopter that will take you up, up, up to the top of the Taku Glacier. Step out onto the amazing 4,500-foot-thick ice for a brief glacier landing. You’ll have time for more photos, and your pilot will give you details about the ice field and Taku Glacier. The helicopter will then return you to the airport and the van will return you to the pier.

Ride through the wilderness in a Utility Terrain Vehicle designed for off-road adventure and admire the majestic panoramas while driving to and from Mahoney Lake. On the way to the base camp, you will enjoy spectacular views of George Inlet and Tongass National Forest. Still nothing rivals the exhilaration of hopping into the 2-seat or a 4-seat UTV and following the guide caravan-style up the mountainous 5-mile trail to Mahoney Lake. Whoever drives on the way up will switch positions and ride as a passenger on the way down. The serene lake and roaring Mahoney Falls are at the end of the trail, and both are well worth exploring. During stops, the guide will offer commentary about the history of Ketchikan, including the pulp mill at Ward Cove, which is longest operating such mill in Alaska. Back at the White River base camp, you can relive the experience while dining on vegan chili or a reindeer sausage.

Zip through Placencia Lagoon on a wave runner leaving a rooster tail in your wake and the mainland in your rear view mirror. After watching a short orientation video that will help maximize the experience, you will hop aboard a two-person wave runner and tear off across the lagoon. You can drive the personal watercraft or be the passenger. It’s up to you. Either way, the ride will be exhilarating from start to finish. To ensure that you see all the sights, a guide will lead the way with the wave runners following more or less caravan-style. The numerous mangrove-rimmed islands that you will spot scattered about are well-protected, as their ecologically important trees filter impurities from the water and stabilize the shoreline. The lagoon’s water is typically smooth enough so you can easily carve your way across the surface without encountering any wakes other than your own.

The knowledgeable trainers will start with a short poolside introduction to the resident dolphins helping you understand more about them and their fascinating underwater communication techniques.
