Air Options for your reservation were already declined by you, another guest or your travel partner. An email which confirms this response was sent to the party that declined the air scheduled.

We will be refunding the air add-on amount within 10 days to the original form of payment used at the time of the reservation. This refund will be sent to the financial institution within 10 days for their processing.
