Need to Know:

Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age and weigh no more than 250 lbs. Min height is 3 Ft and 9 inches. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility, walking difficulties, heart or respiratory conditions, or for pregnant guests. Participants must be comfortable swimming in open water and navigating uneven or rocky terrain, including stairs at the cenote. Wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted. Tour order may vary depending on weather and operational conditions. Waiver must be signed.
