Rebellious Fish Cocktail

Inspired by the myriad of colourful fish native to the island, this tropical delight is sure to brighten up the start of your weekend. Typically served in a fishbowl-type glass, this eye-catching drink is garnished with fresh berries. Yum!

REBELLIOUS FISH

  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/4 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 2 oz. Orange Juice
  • Sparkling Wine (for topping)

  • Garnish:
  • Fresh Berries

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, except the sparkling wine, into a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake well, strain and pour into a 12 oz. highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine, garnish with fresh berries and serve.
