Please read these Official Rules carefully, as they contain important information about the rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to registered participants of the 2019 Norwegian Encore Scavenger Hunt. By entering the Contest, participants signify and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. If participants do not agree to the Official Rules, they may not enter the contest.

1. Overview
The 2019 Norwegian Encore Scavenger Hunt (the “Scavenger Hunt”) is a game-based program established by NCL Corporation Ltd. (the “Sponsor”) to drive awareness to the launch of the Sponsor’s new ship, Norwegian Encore.
The Scavenger Hunt will commence at Bayside Market Place on November 20, 2019 at 9:05:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET"). Participants must arrive to Bayside Market Place no later than 8:30 AM ET ahead of the start time at 9:05:00 AM ET.

2. Entry Period
The Contest begins at 9:05:00 AM ET on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 and ends at 11:00:00 AM ET on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 (the “Contest Period”).

3. Eligibility
In order to win, Participants must be current legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico) and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and all respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, licensees, successors and assigns of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties") and members of their immediate family (spouses, parents, children and siblings) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
To win, the Participant must participate in the Scavenger Hunt, find one of the physical golden ships and return to the starting point, no later than 11:00 AM ET on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 (Prize Winner). Limit one prize per person.

4. How to Play
To participate, consumers ("Participants") must pre-register prior to the event by visiting ncl.com, which will direct participants to the Norwegian Encore Scavenger Hunt registration page. Registration will open on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 9:00 AM ET and close at 12:00 AM ET on Tuesday, November 19, 2019.

Following registration, participants will receive a confirmation email from scavengerhunt@finnpartners.com. Additional instructions will be emailed to them on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 to prepare for the Norwegian Encore Scavenger Hunt.

In order to play, participants must have a fully charged device with at least 200MB of data available. Recommended devices can be found here, https://www.yourmobileadventure.com/about/Recommended-Devices.

Participants will also be required to download the free app, ‘Mobile Adventures’ from their device’s app store, Play for Androids and IOS on iPhones.
Once the app has been downloaded, Participants should open the app and press 'Scan QR Code' to scan the QR code sent to them via email on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. Once the game has been downloaded, press the circle on the screen to take a selfie and create a team name. Then press 'Join Game.'
On game day, Wednesday, November 20, 2019, participants must have their location services ON, Wi-Fi OFF and data ON. Their device should NOT be in airplane mode and should be fully charged to guarantee they do not run out of battery while playing.
The first task will be available at 9:05 AM ET on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. It will be called 'Tap To Start.' Open the task and follow the on-screen instructions to complete this activity and unlock the rest of the game.
Participants will also be able to receive bonus points by sharing photos throughout the activity on one of the following social media accounts, Twitter/Facebook/Instagram, and posting with #NorwegianEncoreHunt .

5. Prizing and Approximate Retail Value
Fifty (50) prizes (each a “Prize”) are available to be won, each consisting of:
One (1) cruise certificate good for a 7-day cruise for two (2) in a balcony stateroom on select itineraries on Norwegian Encore.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Finalist Prize is $4,000 USD. Total ARV of all Finalist Prizes is $200,000 USD.
Cruise portion of each prize must be booked, and sailing must be completed no later than December 31, 2021. A reserva e a marcação da reserva devem ser concluídas até no máximo 90 dias antes da data da viagem.

Reservations and sailings are subject to cruise certificate terms and conditions; availability and blackout dates are the decisions of Sponsor. All taxes, airport fees, customs fees or other surcharges are the responsibility of the Prize Winners. Prizes are not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize, except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to Prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.

Prize Winners and Guests must abide by all venue policies and event terms and conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke full or partial Prizes from Prize Winners or Guests who it or venue personnel deem, in its sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring the Sponsor into disrepute. All details and other restrictions of Prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value of Prizes under this Contest may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the Prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, for whatever reason, to substitute a Prize (or any component thereof) for one of equal or greater value. Prize Winners must be able to accept the Prizes as presented or the respective Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Release; Indemnification; Disclaimer of Warranty
By participating in the Contest, all participants agree to forever and irrevocably release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Released Parties from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection with (a) the Contest or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any Prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Contest-related activity or prize-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties. In addition, by participating in this Contest, each participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all damages, losses, costs and expenses (including amounts paid in settlement and reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by any of the Released Parties in connection with any third-party claim, demand, liability, suit, proceeding or action arising out of or resulting from (i) breach or alleged breach of any representations, warranties or agreements of participant, or (ii) the use or misuse of any Prize or component thereof.

7. Publicity
Except where legally prohibited, participation in the Scavenger Hunt and acceptance of a Prize constitutes winners’ agreement and consent to the use of winners’ names, likenesses, photographs, voices, opinions and/or hometowns & states for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, notice, review or approval.

8. General
All decisions of Sponsor in connection with this Scavenger Hunt shall be binding and final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, if intervening circumstances warrant, within Sponsor's sole discretion, due to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper entry or voting into the Scavenger Hunt, or for any other reason. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prizes from among the eligible Participants received up to the time of the termination, cancellation, suspension and/or modification. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Scavenger Hunt or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Scavenger Hunt may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision.

9. Limitation of Liability
By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final, binding, and conclusive in all respects. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Disputes
(a) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with the Contest and in no event will any entrant be permitted to claim attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (b) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (c) each entrant hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in that State. All participants who enter the Contest agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida and agree to waive the right to a jury trial with respect to any claim or dispute with regard to any aspect of the Contest or Official Rules.

11. Privacy
Information collected through the administration of the Contest is subject to and may be used and shared by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.ncl.com/ca/en/about-us/privacy-policy and applicable law. Personal information collected will be stored on servers located in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. law enforcement, courts and other governmental institutions pursuant to the laws of the United States.

12. Winners List
For a list of the winners, including first name and last initial, send an email to scavengerhunt@finnpartners.com with subject line: Norwegian Encore Scavenger Hunt Contest Winners List Request. The winners list will be available after November 20, 2019.
