After a briefing to ensure that you maximize the experience, you will ease into a kayak and follow the guide into the sanctuary lagoon that rims the southern shore of St. Thomas. The mangroves provide an ideal habitat for wildlife, especially birds that roost each evening in these environmentally important trees. Kayaks make little noise in the water so the birds won’t be disturbed even if you paddle closely to them. You may see snowy egrets and little blue herons wading in the shallows, endangered brown pelicans taking shelter and yellow warblers singing their sweet whistled songs as they dart in and out of the mangroves’ branches and aerial roots. Your tour begins with a scenic journey along Jamaica’s beautiful coastline. On arrival at Dolphin Cove Negril, you will be greeted by a hostess and offered a welcome drink. After a brief orientation, you’ll enter the world of these fascinating creatures and get to know them as you interact with them in deep water. Experience the thrill of "riding” the dolphin belly to belly. Dance, sing, play and even enjoy a kiss or two! View the stingrays in their natural lagoon. Then relax and enjoy shopping for unique souvenirs in the gift shop. After this invigorating experience you’ll be transported to the world famous Doctor’s Cave Beach located on Montego Bay’s "must see ” hip strip. This beautiful white sand beach with its crystal clear waters, temperatures averaging 78-84 degrees Fahrenheit/22- 28 degrees Celsius year round, is said to have curative powers, able to restore good health and cure several ailments. Food, drink and beach chair rentals are available at an extra cost. After this relaxing day you’ll be returned to your awaiting ship. Race through the countryside in an all-terrain vehicle and enjoy a cool mountain stream and its tumbling cascades. The Damajagua River is the waterfalls’ source and the setting couldn’t be more beautiful. After hiking through the jungle, you will arrive at a series of cascades that comprise this natural wonder. You will be free to swim in the numerous mountain pools, slide down cascades with slick rock chutes and even jump off some of the waterfalls into the refreshing water below. This area is only accessible on foot, which limits the number of other adventurers. The adrenaline rush will continue once you ease into an ATV and tear off into jungle. You can take the wheel or ride in the passenger seat. Either way, it will be exhilarating, especially if it’s been raining because the mud will be flying. Although you will be mostly off road, you will stop in a village to interact with the locals.

As you race down the coast, you will pass jungle-like forests, beautiful beach-rimmed coves and the iconic Pitons, twin volcanic spires that are so geologically and biologically significant that UNESCO declared them to be a World Heritage site. After disembarking in Soufriere in the shadow of the Pitons, you will travel through the world’s only “drive-in volcano,” an eerie landscape of bubbling sulfur springs that the geothermal activity below causes. You will then ease into a mineral-rich mud bath with therapeutic benefits that supposedly range from reducing inflammation to detoxifying the body. Then it’s back to the sea in the speedboat, which will bring you to the magnificent beach Anse Chastanet. OVERVIEW

Walk along the ocean floor wearing no equipment other than a diving helmet for an up-close view of the marine life darting about the coral reef off the Blue Roatan Beach Club. After a brief introduction to helmet diving, you will be ready to explore the crystal-clear waters. Helmet diving is easy to learn. Just slip the helmet comfortably over your head so it rests on your shoulders. Air is supplied to the helmet through a tube connected to an air tank on the water’s surface that follows wherever you walk. There isn’t an air regulator or mouthpiece, so you can breathe just like you normally do. You can even wear prescription glasses or contact lenses because your head will not get wet while helmet diving. You can expect to observe fish such as sergeant majors, blue tangs and perhaps a sea turtle or two. Following the helmet-diving adventure, you can spend free time on the beach.
