Board your private transportation for a journey through Road Town. Drive along Ridge Road with amazing views over the north coast of the island. After a brief photo stop to view the islands of Guana, Great Camanoe and Anegada, you’ll drive westward to the Original Virgin Canopy Tour base camp. After a quick restroom break, the friendly staff will outfit you with your gear. Following a brief orientation and safety talk, you’ll arrive at the take-off point of the tour. The tour has been expertly designed for adventurers of all ages (from 5 to 95) and every stop along the way provides you with an amazing "I can't believe I just did that" photo opportunity that you will want to share with friends and loved ones.

The tour including the outfitting and safety talk and the 7 traverse and other challenge components, will take approximately 1 to 1 1/4 hours, depending on group size and other factors. One element of the tour includes a 1 1/2 story climb (21 steps) up an inclined ladder – but don’t worry, you are attached all the way. Following the tour you can enjoy some refreshments or snacks (not included in the price), shop for souvenirs or just relax and take in the wonderful view from the patio before you board the bus. Stops will be made for photo opportunities on your drive back to the cruise ship terminal.

Ride through the wild backcountry of Barbados in a dune buggy made for adventure. After a brief orientation to ensure that you maximize the experience, you will race off in an open-air two-person dune buggy that can easily maneuver along the dirt roads and even off road. You can opt to drive, ride along as the passenger or switch seats during one of the stops. Either way, it will be an exhilarating trip the entire time, especially if the ground is moist and the mud is flying. The scenery will be ever-changing and spectacularly picturesque as you travel caravan-style through the rolling bucolic countryside beyond Bridgetown. You may come across smaller farms that were once part of vast sugar plantations. During the occasional stops, the guide will describe the points of interest and perhaps a bit about the history of the island, which the Arawak and Carib people originally inhabited.

Drive a Jeep through the island’s naturally beautiful terrain and then head off-road to one of Tortola’s most secluded beaches. With the lead Jeep/guide providing commentary via a VHF, you will take in the best of the West End on the way to isolated Smuggler’s Cove. Here, you will be free to relax however you please. You might stretch out on the sheltered beach, stroll along the shore and take a refreshing swim in the sea. In time, you will drive off once again into the tropical landscape, where you will pass beach-blessed Long Bay and the surfer’s paradise of Apple Bay before arriving in the fishing village on Carrot Bay. While browsing its museum, you will behold an impressive collection of shells, all found on Tortola’s many beaches. More spectacular sights await you atop Windy Hill, and at Sky World, an elevated vantage point with 360 views of the British Virgin Islands.

Upon reaching the beach at the Blue Harbour resort, you will receive a brief introduction to SNUBA, which will give you the freedom to dive to depths up to 20 feet. Unlike traditional diving, SNUBA uses an air supply that floats on the water’s surface. You simply breathe through the long tube that connects it to you. There is no telling what you will see, as the waters are home to neon-colored parrotfish, rock beauties, blue tangs and mahogany snappers. You might even see hawksbill sea turtles, a species named for the shape of its head, which tapers to a point that resembles a raptor’s beak. After the SNUBA outing, you will have time to swim, sunbathe and relax on the beach.

Hike to the lookout atop the highest point on Dravuni Island and take in the gorgeous views in every direction. A multitude of trails crisscross the island’s interior with most of them leading up to the summit. Although only about 150 feet above sea level, the top of the hill offers sweeping views of the paradise below. As you will see, the beautiful blues and greens of the surrounding sea change colors as the sunlight shimmers on the water’s surface. During the hike, the guide will point out and describe the island’s flora, which ranges from medicinal plants to pandanus, a palm-like shrub whose leaves are often woven into mats and baskets. Be sure to keep an eye out for birds as the island is home to pink-billed parrotfinches and barking imperial pigeons. Time will also be allotted to shop at the beachside stalls and mingle with the islanders.

Explore the pristine waters of Icy Strait Point on this tour that highlights the protected waters of Port Frederick. From the pier, you will walk the short distance to the Kayak center where you will receive a safety briefing and kayaking orientation. Following that, you will hop in your two-person kayak and begin your adventure. You'll spend nearly two hours paddling about these pristine waters, delighting in the serenity and joy of being out on the water, as well as having the opportunity to observe the bountiful wildlife that inhabits this wilderness area. Your guide will help you spot animals, explain their habits, and offer all sorts of tidbits to maximize your time kayaking along the shoreline. While there are no certainties regarding what you might observe, humpback whales typically feed along the very same route that you will be traveling. You may see one in the distance breaching the water's surface, waving its fluke before diving, or spy hopping, which is when a whale pokes just its head out of the water to look around. See the natural wonders of Grand Cayman that lie below the water’s surface, along the coast and inland and come away with an understanding of the island’s many charms. For a look at the teeming marine life that inhabits the coral reefs, you will glide through the sea in an air-conditioned Nautilus semi-submersible submarine. Expect to see an ever-changing parade of brightly colored fish, an old shipwreck and perhaps a sea turtle or two. Back on shore, you will pause for photos at gorgeous Seven Mile Beach and then go straight to Hell, a sinister-looking patch of jagged black limestone that lives up to its name. There is even post office there, if you wish to send a card from Hell. Either way, it will be a thrill as you zip through the water from one destination to another. As you pass the spectacular mega-yachts moored at the Simpson Bay Marina & Spa, be sure to notice the gorgeous multi-million-dollar villas tucked into the hills that overlook it. The views from Maho Beach will be even more exhilarating as it is right next to the airport’s runway. It is the ultimate and closest possible spot to watch planes landing and taking off. You can take a breather at Kimsha Beach, a lovely stretch of sand where you can relax however you please.

There is no better way to experience Alaska’s rugged terrain than by driving an ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) through the forests and mountains on Chichagof Island. Following a short orientation on how best to operate an ATV in the Alaskan wilderness, you will set off on your outdoor adventure. The entire island (America’s fifth largest) lies within the limits of the 17-million-acre Tongass National Forest, which has the distinction of being America’s largest national forest. The terrain ranges from seaside estuaries to alpine mountain peaks, and you will have plenty of chances to stop and view the gorgeous scenery. With its remote location and limited accessibility, Chichagof is home to some of the animals most often associated with Alaska. In fact, the island has the world’s largest brown bear population, estimated to be three bears per square mile. You might also see bald eagles soaring above, land otters, Sitka black-tail deer and red squirrels.

Kayak across a mountain lake to view Mendenhall Glacier, a massive body of ancient ice that is part of the Juneau Icefield, a remnant of the last ice age. Following an immensely picturesque drive to pristine Mendenhall Lake, you will be outfitted with all the necessary gear and then ease into a two-person kayak. You will find that the kayak will be remarkably easy to navigate, which makes the adventure all the more enjoyable. Your destination will be Mendenhall Glacier. While you will remain a safe distance away, you will certainly be close enough to behold its staggering beauty. Kayaking past Nugget Falls is another highlight, as it cascades into the lake right next to the glacier. Keep an eye out for wildlife, as arctic terns are often spotted nesting along the shore. You might also see black bears and goats up in the hills among the Sitka spruce trees. Afterwards, head to the Gold Creek Salmon Bake to refuel with an all-you-can-eat feast. Paddle a kayak through the sheltered waters of the Bay of Kotor, admiring the natural beauty of the fjord-like landscape and the walled medieval city of Kotor.

After a short walk from the pier, you will arrive at the kayak station for a brief orientation to ensure that you will get the most out of this outdoor experience. You will then ease into a kayak and paddle out into the magnificent Bay of Kotor, known locally as “Boka.”

Sheltered by limestone mountains, the water is typically calm and ideal for kayaking. The landscape in every direction will be immensely picturesque with cliffs so precipitous that the bay is often referred to as the southernmost fjord in Europe. It’s that stunningly beautiful.

From the sea-level vantage point of the kayak, you will enjoy a unique perspective of Kotor. You will clearly see the medieval defensive walls that protected the city for centuries and the spires of historical churches that dot the distinctive skyline. UNESCO considers the city so culturally important that it has named Kotor a “World Natural and Historical Heritage Site.”

As you paddle along the nearly four-mile route, the guide will point out architectural highlights and natural wonders, so your understanding of the area will be all the more in depth. You will also have the opportunity to take a refreshing swim and snorkel in the bay’s crystal-clear waters. Following your kayaking adventure, you will walk back to the pier.

Observe the wonders underwater through the transparent bottom of your kayak while paddling through the sheltered waters off Ely’s Harbour in the West End. After a brief orientation to ensure that you maximize the experience, you will ease into a two-person kayak and paddle off into the harbor’s typically calm and clear waters. You will glide past shores lined with environmentally friendly mangroves, pause to admire the dramatically eroded cliff known Cathedral Rock and gaze out over Wreck Hill, where the Sea Venture supposedly wrecked in 1609 stranding its English crew and passengers. You may also paddle around the beach-rimmed islands that dot the natural harbor and stop to swim. Even so, the most unusual part of this adventure is watching the marine life through the kayak’s clear bottom. You may see brightly colored blue angelfish, striped sergeant majors, princess parrotfish and spotted eagle rays, all of which are native to Bermuda.

You will notice that their toes are webbed for efficient paddling and that their eyes, noses and hairless ears are on the tops of their heads so they can be aware of their surroundings when mostly submerged. You will be free to swim in the numerous mountain pools, slide down cascades with slick rock chutes and even jump off some of the waterfalls into the refreshing water below. This area is only accessible on foot, which limits the number of other adventurers. The adrenaline rush will continue once you ease into an ATV and tear off into jungle. The guide will describe how the caves were formed and the wonders that lie within them. Back on the surface, you will settle in for a panoramic coastal drive, during which you will pause for photos at the Wreck of the Ten Sail memorial. It commemorates the convoy 10 British ships that wrecked on the reefs just offshore in 1794 in a massive maritime disaster.
