I had the same question, as I will be traveling with my adult niece. I called the number listed on this website, and the rep told me that they would have the king bed separated into 2 twin beds - no problem!

Hello. We applied for a room upgrade Feb. 01 2023. We are now 2 weeks away from sailing. Is there any way to know if it was accepted?

I keep seeing things for us to apply for an upgrade, but we already did it. Because we did it 3 over 3 months ago and I keep seeing things to upgrade, I wonder if the upgrade was even considered...or do I need to do it again?

I made an offer about the same time and received an email about a month ago that my bid was accepted. I was told that an accepted bid would receive an email-others it isn’t accepted…even up to one day before sailing. Try looking on the NCL website at your cabin assignment. Mine changed from the original after the upgrade

Shortly after the full-pay date, the upgrade bidding will begin. You'll be notified by e-mail. Of course, you can always upgrade by calling your TA or NCL PCC, but you'll pay the full price for the upgrade.

They do vegetarian pretty well, but not vegan - if you tell your dietary preferences ahead of time they may be able to accommodate. I would recommend eating in the main dining rooms, being clear about your restrictions, and staying away from the buffet.

What all included with The Haven, such as wi-fi, drink packages etc?

Nothing past your "free at sea." BUT the bartenders are talented and have access to more resources for cocktails. The wine menu is more extensive. The food at the Haven is FANTASTIC and you can have lobster tails and fillet mignon every night if you want, delivered by your butler. The people at the Haven bend over backwards to accommodate your wants.

You can reserve dinner starting closer to your sail date (a month before I think???) You cannot reserve the free shows. It is first-come, first-serve. UNLESS you are Haven. Then you can tell them what you want and they will get it ready for you.

Depends entirely on personal preference. You pay the same amount either way (unless you happen to prepay prior to a rate increase). Some people like to prepay so they don't have to worry about it.

This is my first Norwegian cruise, but Carnival and Royal Caribbean have formal nights where everyone wears nice attire to dinner. Does Norwegian do formal nights?

NCL has a freestyle philosophy, where everyone can dine where and when they please and dress as they please (with a few suggested dress codes at dinner). There are no formal nights, but if you want to dress up, do it. You won't be alone.

Is it safe to drink water from the bathroom tap?

Perfectly safe. It's purified via reverse osmosis. Some people notice an off-taste to it but most don't. It's the same water used throughout the ship - ice, cooking, bar, etc.

Generally, you'll find them at or near each stairwell on every deck and also conveniently located is public areas like the pool deck. If you look at the deck plans, they're denoted as RR (Rest Room). Bottom line - you'll never be far from one.
