I recommend, if you are using a Cruise Travel Agent, to contact them and ask this question, If you booked with NCL directly, then log into your account and hit the "Chat with an Agent" tab and asked this question. People with special needs/requirements can prearrange these needs in advance so the ship is prepared for your needs. Make sure you know what is allowed before your final payment is due so no surprises.

We’re sailing with other couples, how do we see our dinner reservations connected

So how many couples? You can make dinner reservations up to six people on-line on your account. Then the other four people show up with you. The other couples don't need reservations in their name; they just show up with you. If you all have reservations now, try increases one of the reservations then the others can cancel, otherwise try merging as I explain later. For more than 6. This is what we do for 10 people. We make reservations for 6 on our account, then someone else in our group makes reservations for 4. Then boarding day, right after you checked in at Muster station, go straight to where they are taking Dinner reservations. Grab a drink and wait in line. Give them both your names with the 6 and 4 reservations and they can merge the reservations but be flexible, they likely will give you a different time. Obviously, I and they can't guaranty they accommodate but it aways worked for us. Making reservations for more than 6 or merging as we understand it can only be done on the boat. Happy Sailing.

IS THERE SMOKING IN THE CASINO

From the FAQ - Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Joy and Norwegian Encore have a designated smoking room within the Casino. On all other ships, active Casino players may smoke cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and vapor smoking devices in the Casino during gaming hours. Cigar and pipe smoking is not permitted in the Casino.

2 swimming pools and 4 hot tubs plus 5 multi-story waterslides. As well - Mandara Spa has a thermal pool, spa ,sauna and much more. Happy Cruising

Are reservation needed for main dining room or just specialty dining?

So, for main dining room (complimentary) you don't need reservations, however if you have a large party, as we recently did on the Pearl of 10, we called, and the host recommended we arrive early but not a guaranty. We defiantly recommend reservation for specialty dining which I believe is 60 days ahead but based on your loyalty level it could be more. If you don't book in advance, as soon as you get on the boat you can go to dining reservation, and you likely will get something.

How do 4 adults sleep in a Balcony Room? I only see a large bed and a sofa. That indicates room for 3 people, not 4. What am I missing?

If you are booked in a stateroom for 4 people there's likely a pull down bed above the sofa sleeper. You can tell by the icons next to your cabin # on the deck plan if you want to confirm the amount of people the stateroom holds .

Pools on ships sailing out of NYC

We are leaving via NYC on the Getaway March 31, 2024, headed to Bermuda. I have heard different things regarding whether the pools are heated or not. Can someone please tell me if they are? It will still be cold in NY when we leave. Thanks.
