Our reservation states the balcony is enclosed, and the deck plan notes this cabin has PrivaSea. What does this mean?

No. Norwegian does not offer self service laundry. They will offer a discounted bag of laundry usually midway through the cruise.

What is the difference between a BA Balcony Stateroom & a BF Balcony Stateroom

BA is a balcony cabin in the aft (rear) of the ship and BF would be in the forward part of the ship. Hope this helps.
