Vice President, Food & Beverage Operations
Wesley “Wes” Cort is the Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. and is responsible for all restaurant, beverage and culinary development and operations for Norwegian Cruise Line and its sister brands Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Cort joined Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in October 2009. Before joining the Company, Cort served as area food and beverage director for Wyndham Hotels, where he oversaw all food and beverage operations for resorts and hotels in Southeast Texas. Prior to that role, Cort was the director of food and beverage at various Marriott Hotels & Resorts, where he was responsible for property food and beverage operations.
Originally from Long Beach, New York, Cort now resides in West Palm Beach, Florida with his wife Eda. Cort received his bachelor’s degree in Communications from Hofstra University.
