Take a drive through a chain of villages toward the picturesque Konavle Valley, to the typical country home of a local family. They’ll welcome you with local brandy and dried figs.

For generations they have produced grape brandy, olive oil and wine in the traditional ways. Visiting their house and property will give you the unique opportunity to see and realize how people live and exist through the centuries in this area. After strolling through the wine cellars and olive press you’ll enter the large dining room where your gracious hosts will serve a light repast of local specialties including local cheese, smoked ham and homemade bread. You’ll be entertained with typical Dalmatian music and songs performed by a local group.
