The park offers a fascinating insight into the culture of the indigenous people, as will your experience on Lake Harriet Hunt, where you will board a 37-foot canoe patterned after the ones that the Tlingit and Haida built. Stand up Paddle Boarding or SUP, is a fun sport and very easy to learn. With just a few helpful hints from our staff, you'll be able to paddle the lagoon, offering views of local wildlife, flora and fauna. Have young children? Just place them on the board with you, a fun family activity for all ages.

After a brief orientation on how to use the Mirage Eclipse Pedalboard you will pedal out of the confines of the Harvest Caye Lagoon and will navigate along beautiful mangroves in the Placencia Lagoon. Your guide will point out and explain about the local marine life and how crucial it is to protect the local eco-system, while looking for our resident manatees that come to graze on the sea grass that grows in the area. Cruise through the water silently, easily seeing what’s below from this vantage point. These pedalboards are easy to maneuver and require no previous experience. It's wider than a paddleboard and its hull and handlebars are optimized for stability, with steering control at your fingertips.

Cruise to subtropical Rose Island to relax on the beach and interact with its most well-known residents—a passel of cute, friendly pigs that will swim out into the ocean to greet you. On the way there, you will see many of the attractions around Nassau’s harbor and hear tales of the domesticated pigs that inhabit Rose Island. The pigs have been pampered since they were babies and love attention, so be ready for a fun, up-close and personal experience. Once you wade into the shallow waters, you can expect the pigs to approach, knowing that food awaits. The guide will show you how to feed the pigs and the best ways to interact with them while swimming. The pigs couldn’t be cuter or more enthusiastic about the attention. Snorkel the crystal-clear waters of Magens Bay, an idyllic spot where sea turtles and other marine animals are frequently spotted. Wealthy financier Arthur Fairchild, who once owned Magens Bay, deeded the property to the U.S. Virgin Islands in the mid-20th century and stipulated how its natural beauty must be sustained. It remains one of the most photogenic and pristine places in the Caribbean as you will discover while snorkeling its typically calm waters and enjoying its crescent-shaped beach. The guide will lead you to areas that green and hawksbill sea turtles inhabit so you can snorkel alongside these graceful swimmers. Greens are the largest of all hard-shelled turtles, while hawksbills are the smallest of the sea turtles. You will also snorkel in another part of the bay known for its stingrays and eagle rays. Back on shore, you will pause for photos at gorgeous Seven Mile Beach and then go straight to Hell, a sinister-looking patch of jagged black limestone that lives up to its name. Behold the natural beauty of the Neretva River Delta while cruising through its canals and estuaries in a traditional wooden boat known as a lađa. The valley is so fertile that it is often called Croatia’s California, a reference to the many surrounding farms and orchards. Because the wetlands are considered internationally important, much of the them fall under the protection of the Ramsar Convention and must be conserved for perpetuity. As a result, wildlife thrives, especially birds. You may spot white pelicans, spoonbills, pied avocets and oystercatchers among the many water birds. Each year, ornithologists record species new to the river delta, a confirmation that the Ramsar protection has been a success. Before emptying into the Adriatic Sea, the Neretva River feeds Lake Kuti. After a welcome drink at a riverside tavern, you will dine there, most likely on peka, a traditional dish slowly cooked under a dome-shaped lid.

Mud will be flying as you cross a riverbed and race up a mountain with scenic overlooks that will present the back country in all its glory. Be sure to look for wildlife as iguanas, agoutis and tropical birds are abundant. Once you reach Luna Beach, you can thoroughly relax on this gorgeous stretch of sand that rims a private beach club. Cruise into the sheltered waters of the Tongass Narrows looking for whales, porpoise and other Alaskan wildlife, and then pull up to a forested island to feast around a bonfire. There is no telling what you may see as the captain navigates the boat into remote coves and around forested islands. Humpback whales are often spotted and the sight is mesmerizing. Two other types of cetaceans – orcas and Dall’s porpoise – are also commonly seen. Orcas tend to travel in large groups. Dall’s porpoise can easily be identified by their distinct rooster-tail splash when traveling quickly just below the water’s surface. Soar amidst towering trees and enjoy breathtaking mountain vistas. Experience the wonder of Kauai’s tropical paradise on a series of suspension bridges and six ziplines, covering well over a mile in the air. Four of the six lines are side-by-side, which gives you the opportunity to share a shriek with a buddy. The 1,800 feet tandem lines provide the ultimate adrenaline rush. Catch your breath, then take a short hike through a swaying bamboo forest for a snack beside a forest pool. To cool off, grab the zipline that runs across pool and splash down.

Hike through the rainforest in Huleia National Wildlife Refuge to two spectacular waterfalls, where you may swim in the refreshing pools below. The refuge is closed to the public to protect the endangered species, but you will enjoy special access to this natural wonderland. As you follow a descending trail, the guide will describe the lush flora, which may include wild coffee, lobster claw heliconia and hau trees, the branches of which Hawaiians once used to make outrigger floats. Named for its stand of graceful bamboo, Bamboo Falls is the smaller of the cascades, while Papakolea Falls plummets down more than 60 feet. Both are breathtaking. Feel free to swim, stand under the waterfalls for a natural massage or simply relax on the rocky shore and behold nature’s beauty. The Seahawk is another name for the Osprey bird of prey - and this one is our star attraction: 2,975 feet of open air, over the water ziplining fun! With a starting height of over 110 feet - don't worry, you'll take an elevator to get to the top; the 1,429-foot zip provides awesome views of the beach, reefs and surrounding islands help to distract the thought of launching yourself over the edge into the wild blue yonder.

Once you launch, open your eyes! Take in the blue hues of the Bahamian waters and watch for the marine life as you zip over coral reefs descending lower and lower finally landing adjacent to the Silver Cove lagoon.

The return is a includes a 105-foot V-net bridge, a 25-foot chimney climb and for those with the mental and physical stamina try your hand at the 36-foot cargo net climb stationed 40 feet above the ground. Two additional long zips between these obstacles provide additional rushes of adrenaline and some great adventurous bragging rights!

Stand up Paddle Boarding or SUP, is a fun sport and very easy to learn. With just a few helpful hints from our staff, you'll be able to paddle Bertram’s Cove offering views of the beaches and glimpses of marine life.

Board your private transportation for a journey through Road Town. Drive along Ridge Road with amazing views over the north coast of the island. After a brief photo stop to view the islands of Guana, Great Camanoe and Anegada, you’ll drive westward to the Original Virgin Canopy Tour base camp. After a quick restroom break, the friendly staff will outfit you with your gear. Following a brief orientation and safety talk, you’ll arrive at the take-off point of the tour. The tour has been expertly designed for adventurers of all ages (from 5 to 95) and every stop along the way provides you with an amazing "I can't believe I just did that" photo opportunity that you will want to share with friends and loved ones.

The tour including the outfitting and safety talk and the 7 traverse and other challenge components, will take approximately 1 to 1 1/4 hours, depending on group size and other factors. One element of the tour includes a 1 1/2 story climb (21 steps) up an inclined ladder – but don’t worry, you are attached all the way. Following the tour you can enjoy some refreshments or snacks (not included in the price), shop for souvenirs or just relax and take in the wonderful view from the patio before you board the bus. After a short walk from the pier, you will hop into a Jeep Wrangler and hit the open road. There is plenty to see during your time behind the wheel, starting with downtown Nassau, the capital, largest city and cultural hub of the Bahamas..

You will drive through the colorful shopping district on Bay Street and see highlights such as palm-dotted Rawson Square, lovely government buildings such as the Supreme Court and the pink-hued House of Assembly. You will then head west past lovely Cable Beach and on towards the Nassau Caves for a photo stop..

The Lucayans, the original residents of the Bahamas once lived in these caverns. Settlers later used the caves for religious services and the guano inside to fertilize their crops..

You will drive along JFK Drive, which recognizes President John F. Kennedy’s 1962 meeting in Nassau to discuss Polaris, the United Kingdom’s submarine-based nuclear-weapons program. The fabulous and sprawling Baha Mar resort is another Bahamian landmark that you will pass. .
