Board one of our inflatable fast boats and head out to the famous Arch and sea lion colony, the famous land mark of Cabo San Lucas. Then hold on tight as the captain opens up the motors as you speed out to a secluded bay. After a short safety briefing, dive into the depths to explore the wide array of ocean life. Enjoy kayaking around the bay, grab a sea scooter and speed through the clear blue waters, try your hand at stand up paddle boarding or spend time snorkeling the area, searching for tropical sea life, star fish and colorful corals. Enjoy the thrill of a 9-line canopy adventure with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea! Your day of adventure begins at the pier when you’re greeted by your friendly guide. Board your air-conditioned transfer for a 25 minute drive through towns and villages on the island. Your guide will share with you important information about the culture, nature and people of Roatan.

Upon arrival to the South Shore Canopy site, you’ll be geared up with safety equipment, receive a safety briefing and then have your first photo opportunity. Once everyone is geared up and familiar with the safety regulations, you’re ready for your adventure. The longest run is 1,300 feet, the highest point is 100 feet, and the total line length is about 2 miles. The Island Zipline Adventure course is a combination of the Osprey Zipline plus the Seahawk Zip to give you six high-flying zips plus a series of V-net bridges, chimney climbs and cargo nets, designed to challenge but not overwhelm your physical and mental strength. Tour starts with an elevator ride to the top of the Flight house.

With platforms at 120-feet above ground and top speed of over 50 mph, your senses will be dazed with adrenaline as you zip out over the beach and reef of Great Stirrup Cay. The Marietas Islands have been classified as a National Wildlife Preserve due to the numerous species of birds, marine mammals and fish that live here. This tour will let you experience the ecological sights and sounds of this natural environment. From the pier, an eco-guide will escort you to your state-of-the-art catamaran where you’ll meet your crew and receive a brief orientation. Leaving the dock, begin the 1 1/2 hour trip across Banderas Bay to the Marietas Islands. En route, get acquainted with the area through interesting and historical commentary. Keep an eye out for wild dolphins and sea turtles, which thrive in these waters. During the winter months (December to March) humpback whales are also a common sight. If encountered, your boat will pause so that you can observe these incredible creatures.

Ride through southern Curaçao in a 4-wheel-drive Jeep that can easily handle the island’s rugged terrain. You will pass Willemstad’s historical waterfront and the 19th-century Queen Emma pontoon bridge on the way to Koraal Tabak, the starting point for the off-road adventure. Once your small group of no more than 16 settles into the Jeep, you will follow a trail through Curaçao’s gorgeous interior and on to a spectacularly scenic lookout point on the coast that is only accessible by an off-road vehicle. Continuing on to the other side of the island, you will eventually come to the remains of Fort Beekenburg, which the Dutch built in 1703 to protect Caracas Bay. The fort’s circular tower is made of stones shipped from the Netherlands as ballast. Once you reach Director’s Bay, you can swim and snorkel off the secluded beach. The waters are typically crystal-clear and teeming with colorful marine life.

Stroll through Paradise Nature Park, a tropical garden full of exotic plants and animals. You will be free to meander about wherever you please, and there is plenty to see in the five-acre park. If you want to focus on the flora, you might walk through the orchid house and the orchard, where you can see pineapples and dragon fruit flourishing. Animals are also abundant. You can expect to encounter brightly colored parrots in the aviary, koi fish in the ponds, green iguanas in the trees, red-footed tortoises and cute little pygmy goats. Some of the animals are lesser known but no less fascinating. For instance, you may see the kunekunes, a small breed of pigs from New Zealand that are known for their intelligence and friendly nature. The miniature Mediterranean donkeys – which are now almost extinct in their native Sicily and Sardinia – are also favorites because of their sweet temperaments.

Cruise to Blue Lagoon Island on a sleek double-decker ferry for an up-close encounter with Atlantic bottlenose dolphins at an American Humane-certified facility. Upon arriving at the island, which is also known as Salt Cay, you will first learn about the characteristics and behavior of dolphins, such as how they communicate and use echolocation to hunt prey. Once in the water, you will stand on a waist-deep submerged platform that allows easy access to these highly intelligent marine mammals. Race through the tree canopy on a series of exhilarating zip lines and then cool off in the Damajagua River as it cascades through the dense jungle terrain. The five ziplines more or less follow the river and offer a wonderfully unique perspective of the tropical landscape, as they span platforms high above the ground. To reach some of the ziplines, you will need to walk across swaying suspension bridges, which definitely add to the excitement. Afterwards, you will follow the guide along a section of the river with a dozen cascades. You will jump off some of the waterfalls into the deep pools below, while other waterfalls are more easily negotiated by sliding down natural waterslides carved in the rocks. You will also have time to swim in the cool, remarkably blue water between the cascades. Over time, the Damajagua has carved steep canyons into the terrain, so you can expect the scenery to be magnificent.

You will walk among steaming vents in the earth’s surface. Other highlights include seeing the active Halema’uma’u pit crater within the Kilauea summit caldera and driving along the winding road, which passes old lava flows and other reminders of past eruptions. The island’s volcanic soil is exceptionally fertile as you will discover by strolling through Lili’uokalani Gardens, a wonderland of native plants that was once the favorite picnic grounds of Queen Lili’uokala, Hawaii’s last monarch. Volcanic activity also created the black lava rock on many of the island’s beaches.
