Join hands for an exhilarating climb up the natural stone staircase at the world-famous Dunn’s River Falls. Your climbing guide will take you along the best route as you ascend 600 feet of cool refreshing water as it cascades over limestone terraces.


During the journey, enjoy the shade of lush green forest canopy and slide into the many natural plunge pools along the way. Then visit Reggae Hill where you’ll experience the island’s rich cultural heritage through spirited reggae music, tasty Jamaican cuisine, and stunning natural landscapes. Relax in a comfortable chair, listen to the sounds of reggae and dancehall music, and enjoy lively performances by cultural entertainers.


You can take a swim in the tranquil river or simply cool off and wade along the riverbank. For an authentic taste of Jamaica, savor a tasty “tapas-style” lunch of island-fusion dishes along with guava rum punch, Jamaican mojitos, mango tango, and lemonade. Browse for authentic souvenirs featuring logo items, cigars, Blue Mountain coffee, t-shirts, and more.


Need to Know:

Note: Tour is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have back, neck or knee injuries and heart or respiratory conditions. Children under the age of 6 may find it difficult to climb the waterfall. Water shoes are mandatory for climbing the falls. You can rent/purchase them from your tour guide.


Participants are recommended to wear or bring swimwear, a towel from the ship, sunglasses, a camera and sunscreen. Due to the popularity of Dunn's River Falls, expect to wait in long lines for 30-45 minutes at entrance and to encounter large crowds once in the falls. Your patience is appreciated. Guests should not carry or wear valuable items for this active excursion.


Cash and/or valuables cannot be left on the bus while climbing the falls. Participants must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol. Riverside massages available for extra charge. If time permits and at the discretion of the tour guide, there will be a stop for shopping at Culture Touch on the way back to the ship.
