The Osprey traverse gets its name from the bird of prey that is commonly seen perched on our decks and consist of 3 easy flights. The first flight south is the shortest traverse at 185 feet; it is also the tallest at 120 feet above the ground. We said it was easy, we didn’t say it wouldn’t be scary!

Start the second flight by be stepping off the platform 75-feet above the ground to soar some 850 feet to next landing perched just 75 feet above the ground.

Ascending a series of stairs takes you up to your launching pad for the final 900-foot zip to ground level back to where it all started.

At these heights the air is fresher, the colors are brighter, and the ground has never been so sweet.

The Island Zipline Adventure course is a combination of the Osprey Zipline plus the Seahawk Zip to give you six high-flying zips plus a series of V-net bridges, chimney climbs and cargo nets, designed to challenge but not overwhelm your physical and mental strength. Tour starts with an elevator ride to the top of the Flighthouse.

With platforms at 120-feet above ground and top speed of over 50 mph, your senses will be dazed with adrenaline as you zip out over the beach and reef of Great Stirrup Cay. The V nets allow you to transverse from one zipline to another while providing you with bird’s-eye view of your fellow guests, the many islands to the South or the turquoise waters and their inhabitants below.

For those feeling extra strong and confident we’ve added an almost vertical cargo net climb or by-pass the cargo net and continue the course via the chimney climb and V net bridges.

Enjoy the thrill of racing through the tree canopy on a dozen ziplines and then completely unwind on a beautiful beach nearby. You will soar through the treetops along a spectacularly scenic route that is nearly two miles long. Each zipline is exhilarating in its own way with the longest spanning 1,300 feet and highest starting more than 100 feet high above the jungle floor. You can expect it to be a nonstop adrenaline-pumping experience, quite the contrast to your time on West Bay Beach. The stretch of sand fronting the Paradise Beach Hotel will be yours to enjoy however you please. Feel free to do nothing more ambitious than relax in sun without a care in the world. Zip through Placencia Lagoon on a wave runner leaving a rooster tail in your wake and the mainland in your rear view mirror. After watching a short orientation video that will help maximize the experience, you will hop aboard a two-person wave runner and tear off across the lagoon. You can drive the personal watercraft or be the passenger. It’s up to you. Either way, the ride will be exhilarating from start to finish. To ensure that you see all the sights, a guide will lead the way with the wave runners following more or less caravan-style. The numerous mangrove-rimmed islands that you will spot scattered about are well-protected, as their ecologically important trees filter impurities from the water and stabilize the shoreline. The lagoon’s water is typically smooth enough so you can easily carve your way across the surface without encountering any wakes other than your own.

SCUBA enthusiasts - take a dive! On this two-tank reef and wreck dive, a U.S Coast Guard certified dive boat will take you along the beautiful southern shore of St. Thomas to a vibrant reef. The waters around St. Thomas support a variety of marine life. The nooks and crannies of a coral reef make excellent shelter for tropical fish and the occasional spiny lobster or moray eel. This dive, normally to a maximum depth of 60 feet, will be followed by a second, shallower dive over one of St. Thomas’ incredible shipwrecks.

Go deep-sea fishing in the beautiful, crystal-clear waters off Harvest Caye, which are teeming with highly prized, fun-to-catch fish such as groupers, snappers and jacks.

After departing from the pier in a skiff designed for fishing, you will cruise into the turquoise waters off Harvest Caye, which are teeming with fish. Just settle in and enjoy, as the 32-foot boat races to a spot where the fish have been biting lately.

Once the boat anchors, a crew member will outfit you with all the necessary tackle and bait that the fish should find irresistible. The crew will also offer tips on how best to cast and retrieve the lure or live bait to maximize the experience.

Jacks thrive here among the reefs and if you catch one be prepared for a fierce fight. They typically weigh up to five pounds, but can be much larger. Easy to identify by their steep heads and deeply forked tails, jacks are often caught here.

If you catch a striped fish that grunts like a pig when you pull it out of the water, it will be a grunt. They make that characteristic sound by grinding the teeth deep in their throats. Grunts tend to school in the many reefs and sea beds off Harvest Caye.

Many types of groupers are found in deeper waters near rocks, drop-offs and ledges. Although groupers are slow swimmers, they can be powerful, especially the massive ones.

Fun, convenient, and an experience of a lifetime! You’ll be greeted by your smiling dolphin guide at the end of the dock who will brief you on the day`s events. It is only a five-minute walk to the Dolphin Park located within the dock facility. You’ll be given a locker and lifejacket. A member of the training team will provide an educational briefing that details what to expect during your dolphin interaction and key points of interest. Cameras and valuables are to be placed in the lockers for safekeeping as cameras are not allowed in the water.

Set in a natural ocean habitat with a sandy bottom, adventure awaits you for your chance to swim, hug, caress, and even be pulled by a bottlenose dolphin’s pectoral fin. Standing on a submerged platform, you’ll be introduced to your dolphin friend. Enjoy this rare opportunity to touch the sleek and playful animal. You'll be led into deeper waters where you’ll be pulled by their pectoral fin and swim with your dolphin. Be amazed by your dolphin's speed, grace, and agility as they perform fast swims, high jumps, and other breathtaking behaviors. Guests spend approximately 30 minutes in the water with the dolphins.

The Seahawk is another name for the Osprey bird of prey - and this one is our star attraction: 2,975 feet of open air, over the water ziplining fun! With a starting height of over 110 feet - don't worry, you'll take an elevator to get to the top; the 1,429-foot zip provides awesome views of the beach, reefs and surrounding islands help to distract the thought of launching yourself over the edge into the wild blue yonder.

Once you launch, open your eyes! Take in the blue hues of the Bahamian waters and watch for the marine life as you zip over coral reefs descending lower and lower finally landing adjacent to the Silver Cove lagoon.

The return is a includes a 105-foot V-net bridge, a 25-foot chimney climb and for those with the mental and physical stamina try your hand at the 36-foot cargo net climb stationed 40 feet above the ground. Two additional long zips between these obstacles provide additional rushes of adrenaline and some great adventurous bragging rights!

Snorkel two reefs that are teeming with marine life and see the wreck of a freighter that has become an artificial reef. A sleek catamaran will bring you to the snorkeling sites, which are both located just off Buck Island, a naturally beautiful oasis that is a national wildlife refuge. Turtle Cove is known for its abundant sea turtles, the most common being green and hawksbill turtles. It’s easy to differentiate between the species, as green sea turtles weigh as much as 500 pounds and are typically twice the size of hawksbills. Countless tropical fish inhabit Turtle Cove and Shipwreck Cove, the second snorkeling venue, which is named for the ship that was scuttled there in 1979. A few years later, Hurricane Hugo broke the ship into three pieces and pushed it into shallower water. While snorkeling in the coves, you can expect to see snapper, blue tangs and parrotfish of every imaginable neon color.

You will cruise along the beautiful southeastern shore of St. Thomas before arriving at Cruz Bay on the edge of the Virgin Islands National Park. This natural setting couldn’t be lovelier as you will discover by following the one-mile Lind Point Trail to Honeymoon Beach, an easy hike that presents one stunning coastal view after another. The beach is sugar-white, pristine and rimmed by turquoise waters that remain shallow for quite a distance, so you can easily wade out into the sea for a refreshing swim. Feel free to stretch out on a beach towel, stroll along the shore and linger in the shade of a coconut palm. It’s entirely up to you how you spend the time on Honeymoon Beach.
