The Mahaulepu area is popular with beach goers, windsurfers and local fishermen alike. It is also a habitat for rare and endangered plants and animals, and is sacred to native Hawaiians. You’ll enjoy its unspoiled landscapes as you cross a sandbar and stream, ride past secluded beaches and bays and underneath tall shady trees, and observe abundant native foliage and birds. Your guides will share ancient legends and local lore with you. There will be a basic riding and safety instruction before you head out for approximately 1 1/2 hours on horseback.
