I received an email with a refund link from NCL. What do I do if my One Time Password / OTP is expired?
We will send you a one-time password (OTP) to your email to verify your identity. If the OTP expires, go back to the original email and re-click the refund link. If you're ever unsure after receiving the link or the email is permanently deleted, please reach out to us at epayouts@refund.nclcorp.com.
