Conditions of Participation:

Preamble:
The recipient of the information supplied by the participant is NCL (Bahamas) Ltd. ( "Organiser") with legal headquarter in Wiesbaden. The competition begins on 25 March and ends on 25 April 2025, 23:59 hrs.

Participation in the competition is possible only under the conditions given here. With their participation, the participant expressly accepts these Conditions of Participation. Participation is free. There is no obligation to purchase goods or services in connection with entry, nor to give any consent to receive promotional materials.

The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time without giving any reason or prior notice, particularly when, for legal or technical reasons, it is no longer possible to implement the promotion in a suitable manner. No claims can be made by the participant in the case of an early termination of the promotion.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Any person over the age of 18 and residing in the following countries is eligible to enter the contest: Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

1.2 Employees of NCL, as well as its affiliates and subsidiaries and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competitions, as well as their partners and family members, are excluded from the competition. Prize draw associations and other automated prize draw services are also excluded.

1.3. Participation with falsified identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted.

The Organiser is authorised to exclude participants from the competition, if a suspicion exists that they are violating the Conditions of Participation. The Organiser is authorised to exclude participants from the competition in the case of any type or scope of manipulation and also deny prizes subsequently, where applicable. In particular, the use of technical aids, e.g. scripts for automated registration and participation, is not permitted and leads to exclusion from the competition and denial and reclaiming of prizes, where applicable.

2. Participation

In order to participate in the competition, the participant must:

• Follow https://www.instagram.com/norwegiancruiseline_de/ on Instagram.

• Like the contest post.

• Tag 3 other friends below the contest post and explain, why you want to win the cruise.

• We would be happy if you posted the article in your story (not a condition of the contest).

2.1. No costs are incurred for participating in the competition, except for the costs of using an Internet connection by the participant, in order to upload the content, which are based on the operator costs of the respective participant.

2.2 By posting, the participant is confirming his/her willingness to participate in the competition.

3. Liability disclaimer and exemption declaration

3.1 The Organiser is not liable in any form for indirect or direct damages resulting from participation in the competition or non-accessibility of the Internet server, unless they are due to grossly negligent or premeditated acts, for which the Organiser is at fault.

3.2 In particular, the Organiser assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incorrectly sent, damaged, obliterated or illegible information for participation errors, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect or delay with the transmission of data theft or destruction, as well as unauthorised access to and modifications to participant data or participant photographs, technical, network-based, telephone-equipment-related, electronic, computer, Internet, hardware and software faults of any kind, faulty transmission or failed reception of access information from the Organiser, which are due to technical problems, e.g. due to overloading of the Internet, any injury or damage to the computer or a participant or any other person, which have occurred due to participation in the competition.

4. Gewinn

4.1 Als Gewinn wird folgender Preis vergeben: Europa- oder Karibikkreuzfahrt Ihrer Wahl für zwei Personen (in einer Doppelkabine) mit einer Dauer von bis zu 11 Tagen, mit Ausnahme der Norwegian Aqua, Norwegian Viva und einiger anderer gesperrter Termine, einschließlich Vollpension, More at Sea und Trinkgeldern.

4.2 Allgemeine Bedingungen zum Kreuzfahrtgewinn: Der Kreuzfahrtpreis schließt keine Flüge oder andere Reisearrangements zum Ein- oder Ausschiffungshafen, Taschengeld, Ausflüge, Reiseversicherung oder andere Urlaubskosten, persönliche Ausgaben und Kosten ein. Alle anderen Kosten, die nicht ausdrücklich im Preis enthalten oder Teil des Preises sind, liegen in der alleinigen Verantwortung des Gewinners und ihrer oder seiner Begleitperson. Die zweite Person in der Kabine muss mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein. Erforderlichenfalls müssen der Gewinner und sein oder ihr Reisebegleiter auch für alle angemessenen Impfungen und andere Gesundheitsvorsorgemaßnahmen sorgen und diese bezahlen. Es wird dringend empfohlen, dass die Reisenden eine angemessene und geeignete Reiseversicherung abschließen. Eine Reiseversicherung ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und muss vom Gewinner selbst abgeschlossen werden. Einzelheiten können sich ändern und müssen bestätigt werden. Es gelten die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von Norwegian Cruise Line – siehe www.ncl.com/about/terms-and-conditions.
NCL kann nicht für unvorhergesehene Stornierungen oder Änderungen von Flugdaten oder -zeiten oder die Stornierung des Urlaubs aufgrund von Umständen, die außerhalb seiner Kontrolle liegen, verantwortlich gemacht werden.

5. Gewinnermittlung

5.1 Der Gewinner wird zufällig aus allen berechtigten Teilnehmern ermittelt, die am NCL-Wettbewerb teilgenommen haben.

5.2 Die Gewinnermittlung findet unmittelbar nach dem Ablauf des Wettbewerbs statt. Die Gewinner werden per privater Nachricht über Instagram benachrichtigt. Im Fall, dass sich der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 21 Tagen meldet, gibt er das Anrecht auf den Gewinn auf. Ein Ersatzgewinner wird dann willkürlich ausgewählt.

6. Data protection

6.1 The Organiser will only process the personal data received from the participant for the duration of the competition and for its settlement. By entering this competition, participants agree that the information submitted may be further used on Norwegian Cruise Line's social media channels.

6.2 The responsible office within the meaning of the data protection laws is the Organiser.

6.3 All other things being equal, the data protection policies of the respective website apply, on which the competition is being held.

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Exclusion of legal recourse

There is no recourse to legal action for this competition.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. If individual provisions of these Conditions of Participation should be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation. It shall be replaced by an appropriate regulation, which most corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provisions.

8.2 The Organiser reserves the right to change or correct the Conditions of Participation and rules at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

8.3 Complaints in relation to the implementation of this competition and other queries and other comments must exclusively sent to the Organiser at nclwebinquiries@ncl.com.
