OVERVIEW

Set off on an interactive family adventure that transforms St. Thomas into your very own pirate treasure hunt. This is an experience that has elements of an immersive escape room that takes place both outside and indoors. Begin in Havensight, where you'll receive pirate gear, join a crew, receive your first wax sealed clue and hear the story of the notorious pirate Captain Jean Hamlin and the true story of his ship, La Trompeuse, which the Royal Navy blew up in the St. Thomas harbor on July 31st, 1683. Captain Hamlin escaped, and the legend is that he buried his treasure somewhere on the island. Solve your first clues before traveling to the Pirates Treasure Museum in Charlotte Amalie, where exhibits, puzzles, and tools like the “enchanted torch” will help you open lock boxes and collect pieces of the treasure map to reveal the next stage of your quest. Then travel to a gorgeous St Thomas beach where live pirate characters join the adventure as your team completes Captain Hamlin’s treasure map and searches the sand for a buried treasure chest. Celebrate your discovery with an included lunch and refreshments, then enjoy time at the beach before returning to the cruise pier—with a treasure keepsake to remember your swashbuckling day.
